Lovely place to stay. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Comfy beds. Very clean and tidy. Fabulous breakfast. Would recommend. Not far from the centre of Llandudno Will definitely stay here again. Lovely seating area outside. Cute dogs too

I went with my gut feeling when I booked and we weren't disappointed. Joanne was an amazing host providing first class, 5 Star B & B accommodation. The room we had (no 9) was on the second floor spacious and great view of The Orme. Fabulous shower and spotless.Breakfast was excellent, top quality produce from the cereals to the pastries, the smoked salmon and the full English. This breakfast puts many so called top end hotels to shame!We got chatty with some other guests who were on their second visit, and this will be our first of many more when visiting North Wales.

I had a lovely stay here, I was warmly greeted upon arrival and shown to my clean, bright and comfortable room.The hotel is barely a five minute walk from the shops and beach, I spent a pleasant time there and upon returning to the hotel I slept extremely well.I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and checked out smoothly.Thank you so much to everyone concerned 😊

Received a very warm welcome. Lovely rooms that were well decorated. I slept better than I do at home. Nothing was too much trouble.|The Breakfast selection was excellent, so much so that I was still full at lunchtime. Peaceful location away from town centre noise.

This guest house is in a perfect location. Just a short walk from the train station (approx 7mins) and a 10min walk to Llandudno pier. Neatest pubs/restaurants only a 5min walk away. …

Highly recommend this guest house if we go to Llandudno again it will be our 1st choice to stay. Joanne was warm and welcoming,the room was spotless with a view of the Orme and even binoculars to view it. Breakfast was excellent cooked fresh to order.On site parking was also a plus.

Excellent service ,very friendly. Room was lovely . Lounge to relax in. Didn't need to take dressing gowns, . Facilities in room for coffee/ tea. Short walk to the promenade bars & restaurants. Off road parking was available , but could park on the road.
