Paul and the staff were very welcoming, very friendly and very accommodating and helpful. Could not recommend highly enough.Breakfast was lovely, the ladies serving were very friendly and helpful. Always checking if everything was okay and if they could get us anything else. The room was clean and tidy. Beds were really comfy. Table and chairs in room were helpful for the little one to do his colouring etc.The shower was great, the bathroom was small, but did not affect the overall stay.Location is great too.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The parking outside the front is limited and very busy but we managed to find some unrestricted parking down a side road a short walk away. …

We only stayed for 2 nights and our host was very accommodating. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice breakfast and located right by the Beach. There are limited free parking spaces so paid £11 for 24-hour parking directly outside. Thanks for the stay!

I stayed at Leamington House for two nights in March. I was pleased to see that the B&B had been recently refurbished and everything was spotless. The breakfast was very good too. …

Spetn two nights midweek in April so very quiet. While the premium rooms enjoyed sea views, I was in Roo 1 on 1st floor, which had only a partial view of the mountain. But that's a minor quibble. …

No hot water in shower, the water wouldn’t even turn on at first, not the greatest view from the rooms and were standard, Staff were a bit odd and wouldn’t even care to ask if we needed help bringing our bags up to our rooms which was an unreal amount of stairs, breakfast wasn’t to bad… overall 2 stars (if you like cold showers and the color blue this is a place for you)
