My wife and I have just spent 3 nights at the Craig-Ard and couldn't have been better looked after. Amy is an extremely friendly person who cannot do enough for you. The superior double room, which we had, was large and comfortable, as was the bed, and the breakfast was excellent, very good products and very well cooked. We will definitely be back .

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in June. Website states there is car parking at the back of the guest house, but we parked on the back street and had no issues. ||We were greeted on arrival by Amy, who was lovely and welcoming. …

A lovely hotel. Clean, comfy and in a great position. Amy, the owner, is the friendliest lady I've ever met. She can't do enough for her guests. Really great breakfasts too. …

Our 2nd visit to the Craig-Ard and welcomed again by the lovely Amy. Hotel is spotless, choice of breakfast is excellent. We had ground floor room No 3 as we are getting on a bit. Hotel is very close to all amenities but in a very quiet area. Will certainly return all being well. Fred and Josie.

Lovely room, the owner was very accommodating as I am pregnant she even gave me a ground floor room, she has a super cheerful attitude witch made me smile, it's in the centre so not far to walk anywhere, only issue is the parking they do have a little car park but fills easy.

This hotel is a little gem. Amy and her daughters made us so welcome from the minute we came. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was surprisingly large ( room 14). The bed and pillows were very comfortable. …

Amy is a fantastic host who couldn't do enough for us.The extra thick bacon went down a treat with the English breakfast.Perfect location for all amenities and short walk the the tram ride to the top of the Great Orme. Not an ideal hotel for people with mobility issues as there is no lift but Amy will help with the bags if you can do the stairs.
