Tyr Graig Castle is not a hipster, trendy boutique hotel - it's much, much better than that! It's quirky, with an interesting history, it's friendly and very comfortable. …

We stayed for two nights in the Premium Turret room. It was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the two of us. The en-suite has a bath and a shower in one which was very nice. …

The location is superb with stunning views f the beach and sea below. Their glassed-in veranda is a venue hard to beat for breakfast or dinner. There's no lunch service. …

Lovely area - good walks. We probably didn't check online photos too well - thought the hotel was by the sea but it's actually quite a distance from water.  …

A nostalgic visit for my parents and I as we came here decades ago when I was a child. Situated on the side of the mountain with commanding views of the sea, it's turrets, interior wood panelling and stain glass windows makes you feel like you are staying in your own mini castle. The current owners as so friendly, chatty and helpful..... Delicious freshly cooked breakfast to set you up for a day's exploration.

Nothing bad to say. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and there were some amazing sea views. The room still has a few original features, which & my wife thought was a really nice touch.Food was really good, We tried the Thai curry, burger, and steak, and all were really good, especially the steaks.Breakfast is delicious and cooked to order. Everything is fresh and all the meat is sourced locally from Anglesey. All the staff are amazing. Mike, Trudy, and Victor are all absolutely lovely and couldn't be more helpful.
