The staff were amazing and approachable, so helpful, and willing to accommodate me and my large bread dog. They always asked if I needed anything or if I had everything. …

Have stayed herelast year and it was fine but this year we were a little disappointed. The crater going into the car park is worse than last year, so be careful going down into the car park. Asked for an extra pillow, and got told unless there's one in the room, then there isn't any, as people tend to steal pillows and duvets out of the room...... so you're out of luck there.Hot water pressure isn't great either but the shower temperature is okay.Couple of young lads were hanging around reception - didn't cause us much bother but seemed a bit odd if they had a room.Good points is that even though it's close to the dual carriageway it was very quiet.

The hotel itself was a standard Travelodge, but it is set in what seems like a bomb site. The parking area is unmade and dusty and when we arrived birds had strewn rubbish form the bins around the area. …

Strong mould smell in the hallways as you arrive. No checking of ID or any details as you check in - doesnt make you feel safe.||Ground floor room, window wouldn't shut properly. Very unsafe. …

Had a great stay at Northop Travelodge, A member of our party could not climb the stairs so Chris the Lady on reception quickly rearranged a room on the ground floor and bought another bed downstairs for our party, Nothing was too much trouble. excellent customer service given, Thank you so much

Terrible place, the worst Travelodge stayed at. Dirty, run down, made to feel unwelcome. Upon first arrival meet a group of drunk and loud young men. Really hard to find off the main road. You get what you pay for. Didn't feel safe leaving car in "car park"

Greeted by Forks on reception who was very knowledgeable of area, suggested great place for food, arranged taxi and then some great ideas for next day. Hotel clean, does need an update but couldn't ask for a better sleep and price highly recommended

My bathroom smelt like A dirty pool, and it wasn’t super clean, The toilet was dirty, like it had just been gone over once, The reception staff were pretty friendly, so I can’t complain there, The bed was comfortable, although the lights in the hallway are constantly on so your room is never completely dark so it’s difficult to get to sleep, I felt very uneasy throughout the night, my TV came on by itself so that wasn’t fun, that was a hair in my bed, but quite honestly I was exhausted and I had no choice, The Wi-Fi was an absolute nightmare. I had to pay double, despite the fact, I should’ve got it for a single price, The vending machine didn’t offer much, and with it being in reception it’s hardly convenient, you can’t just walk in, you have to book online, which I don’t understand, if you have another choice, go somewhere else, but it’s fine if you’re desperate,

Only one plug socket, £12 for unsecured WiFi that was rubbish. Dirty room particularly the bathroom. Left early to find better accommodation.
