Lovely, spotless house on GWR. Bed is comfortable and house is warm. ||Owner is very attentive and serves up a great breakfast.||Well located for getting out of town for work but close enough to town to walk to the restaurants on Union Street.||Would very happily stay again!

Excellent location for us visiting family , Barbara very hospitable in manner and offering advice . A beautiful house , Lovely restaurants and bars nearby , Parking available and on a bus route too! Will be staying here again for sure. Very comfortable room and quiet !

The Dunnydeer was wonderful. It was even better than expected. Really comfortable room with everything you needed. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. My friend had recommended it as she had stayed there previously. The host was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great price and will definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful place to stay. I would have been happy to pay much more than what I did and still have been delighted. Personally, I don't think they charge enough.Freshly decorated, immaculately clean, and possibly the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in! The breakfasts are not too shabby either.The owners are so lovely and very welcoming, they cannot do enough for you to be sure you enjoy your stay. I have been back twice now and the next time I am in town, I won't stay anywhere else.

Fantastic location for visiting Aberdeen. The Dunnydeer has everything you could want from a guesthouse, spotlessly clean, modern decor, great owners Barbara & Pat who couldn't do more for you to ensure you're stay is comfortable. The rooms are lovely and to top it all off, one of the best breakfasts I've had!

I have been staying at the greatest bed and breakfast in Aberdeen for 9 months now and I can say hand on heart this is beyond a doubt the best place to stay, Barbara and Chris are very welcoming and treat you like one of there own, nothing is to much even going out there way to make sure your ok when your not well 😉.If you can get a room here bite the hand off to get one great rooms great breakfast fantastic owners.

Have stayed here on a number of occasions and we always receive an excellent service. The Guest House is immaculate and breakfast is lovely. Barbara is very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this Guest House. Is also near to town with a regular bus service.
