The location here was unbeatable. I had a great stay. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. I loved my view. I could hear the people on the streets when I cracked my window, which was cool. …

A very good value, no thrills hotel. Clean, with basics covered. Cafe was closed when we arrived (2pm) but we received a text and email with instructions on how to gain entry (quite an easy process). Downside, if you're a light sleeper the noise of revellers outside may keep you awake, stayed 2 nights and it was about 1am before it quietened down on a weekday.

lovely room! loved the mattress! very firm & comfy. bed was made daily which we didn’t expect - absolute plus! tea & coffee corner was filled up every day, too!several hangers for clothes.bathroom wasn’t big but had everything you needed. there was a little bit of mold in the shower which should be taken care of.perfectly located! easy to get to from the train/bus station. many buses close by (we took one to the Highlands). only a few minutes walk to many shops, bars, restaurants. we even walked to the beach. surprisingly silent at night even though there are many bars around!we got there early and were able to leave our stuff until check in! shout out to the cleaning lady who was so very lovely!

Nice little hotel in the city centre of Aberdeen. In the middle of Union Street. Short walk to everything. The rooms looks new and clean, the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. The price is good also. I am surely gonna stay here again for my next stay in Aberdeen.

For me location is brilliant, you are surrounded in lots of restaurants and bars, its a very short walk to the shopping centre and train station so perfect.Entrance to the hotel is to the side of the cafe; we arrived at 3:30pm cafe was shut so we were sent details of how to access. Entryway has a slight damp smell and a bit strange decor i.e. boars head but didn't bother me.The rooms keys can then be found in individual lock boxes however we found ours unlocked. Which for me, there is a slight concern of someone else could take your key, therefore room and nothing is stopping them. Luckily our key was still there and room appeared to be untouched. Basic rooms but freshly presented. We had room 5. Bed is a bit hard, might be good to look into investing in a mattress topper. The light switch for the toilet kept falling off and couldn't get it to stick back on, which is very minor but not great. When flushing the toilet it squeals until it refills which when paired with thin walls it was a bit irritating.Really appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities especially since the Cafe doesn't open till 10:30 so you either have to venture somewhere else or have a later breakfast.I got a great price for the night so can't complain too much these are just minor things that could be improved on. Except the key storage, keep that locked!

The room was really nice and super clean. It was warm but not too warm. The location is great, everyone has been really nice too. It's a wee hotel that deserves 5 stars because it made my stay as a solo traveler extra nice !The only thing I could say is that it would be nice to remind people who stay here that they can close the door kindly instead of letting it slam during the night. But can't blame the hotel for that ^^.Thanks again ! 😊

The Coffee House is not far from the station up some steep steps you choose that way. It is well situated for pubs and restaurants. The room was big with plenty of room, large TV and very clean apart from a few dubious stains on the carpet? Great place to stay, especially if you are staying after the coffee shop below opens.

What a great small hotel! This wee gem is in the centre of the city, within easy reach of bars and restaurants. We parked in the Bon Accord Harriot St car park, which is a 3-minute walk down a lane to the hotel and only £12 for an overnight stay.Entry to the hotel is with an easy to use key code for 24-hour access. There is also a lovely cafe on the ground floor with very helpful staff. Our room was spotless with a really comfortable large bed, very good lighting, tv channels, and a full-length mirror with a socket right beside for easy of hair styling!😊 So many hotels do not, and it's so annoying! The bathroom is fresh & modern, super clean, with a big bath and great shower. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend The Coffee House Hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A no-frills hotel that offers excellent value for money. I stayed for one night in a clean and comfortable room, equipped with a hairdryer, kettle, and complimentary coffee/tea sachets. However, the lack of an elevator means guests must carry their suitcases up the stairs.
