Date of travel: January 2022||I do miss this hotel, it's been just so great! Yes of course it was outdated and a bit strange with its maze-like corridors, but the breakfast was significantly better than what much better-rated posh hotels …

I was really happy with our stay at the hotel. The room we had was actually huge and the ceiling was so high, the room felt even bigger. Definitely signs of wear and tear and patches of paint in places but overall a very pleasant room. We had a nice view of the street. The only con was TV not working properly and we had to actually hang the modem on the monitor for it to catch signal. Breakfast was lovely. The members of staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a very short distance from the city centre.

We stayed here for couple of nights and loved it. The rooms were large (due to the tall ceilings) and the beds were comfortable. We booked through booking.com for a room without breakfast included. However upon arrival, the staff said that they are currently providing complimentary breakfast for everyone who is staying at the hotel. That was really nice of them. So do call them up and check if they have any such promotions running!

Visited on a voucher deal B & B with a cocktail. Yes the room was a bit dated but it was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The "cocktail" was any drink from the bar, breakfast was excellent everything individually wrapped or served by the chef. Special mention to all the staff who were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. For the price we paid we had a fabulous stay - drinks in the bar are very reasonable so worth giving them a bit of extra income from your stay especially if you get as good a deal as we did. It's also 2 minutes from the station/tram stop/bus routes so excellent for a short break.

Bit old school but it has big rooms with high ceilings. Could have been a bit cleaner, there was a lot of dust and the towels were a bit tatty. Mattresses need changing, needs better lighting and more plug sockets in this day and age. Good value for what we paid though and good location. Breakfast was also good.

Comfy bed and great breakfast at a really good price. Room was too hot but there was a fan and standing ac which were perfect. ||Few maintenance things in the room around a previous leak in ceiling, stain on carpet and window ledge which need TLC. The shower curtain needs to go in the bin and be replaced.

Receptionist who met us was great. I thought I had lost my wallet and.after unpacking my case a few time I found it. Was partners birthday and when I mentioned this we were given access to our room 2 hours early and give a voucher for two free drinks at the bar. Unfortunately the hotel was tired and the beds not the best. All staff were friendly and the food was good.

Spacious room for two people, great view and large and clean bathroom. The breakfast was self service and I must say that there was a wide choice: from sweet to savory and many types of drinks. Very nice and helpful staff and the location of the hotel is one of the best because there are many nice places to go to and it is also 5 minutes walk from the city center.

We stayed here on this weekend. Hotel was nice and clean, and breakfast was lovely. My only negative was the size of the room, there was very little room. Along with the fact there was no plug next to where the kettle sat (see photo). Meaning everything had to get moved onto the desk.
