A nice stay in Edinburgh. The rooms were well proportioned, and the split sofa bed for the boys was great. The location on the Royal Mile was ideal. Breakfast was also very good, especially the great sausages! However, the room was a bit tired. The windows didn't shut properly, making it noisy at night. The bathroom had clearly been flooded at some point before, and the decor was clearly damaged as a result giving it a bit of a tatty feel. Also I was very disappointed to find that we had to fully make the sofa bed up ourselves, including fitting duvet covers and pillow cases. Not cool when on holiday...Overall though we had an enjoyable stay, with the positives out weighing any negative.

Hotel with apartment style studios. This is in a great location as it’s in walking distance to Caton Hill and the Edinburgh castle. There is a small gym as well as a spacious area to lounge. …

The location is one of the best in the city. The staff‘s service is alright. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The only thing I’m not happy with is that they try to charge you a lot more by having to pay for all extras that are usually included. Such as towels or room service for stays shorter than 8 days.

Stayed here over a week in Edinburgh. It’s right on the Royal Mile, but the quieter, less congested end - everything needed was nearby. Short walk to Holyrood Palace, Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh Castle. The place was clean & quiet, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I liked that the room had “wood” flooring versus carpeting. Would stay again, if I get back to Edinburgh. I’d also try other of this chain, if I visit a place where they are located.

Excellent location on the Royal Mile. Staff were friendly & helpful. The studio had all we needed and suited us perfectly. The less than 8 day stay meant there was no cleaning service, which was fine for us. Laundry facilities only had one washer and one tumble drier in service (the others were out of service) and the working washer did have some black mold on the door.Overall we found the cleanliness of the suit and common areas to be a high standard. The value is hard to ascertain as prices jn Edinburgh are generally high; it did seem like there was a considerable location premium. We would consider the Adagio apartment hotels if we return to Edinburgh

We stayed 5 days toward the end of our honeymoon and the accommodations were great. We got a free upgrade to the single bedroom apartment allowing us much more space to relax in between day trips. When we visit Edinburgh again, this will be where we stay.

My husband and I have stayed at multiple hotels in Edinburgh over the years but this was by far the best. We booked a studio apartment for 1 night, as had tickets to the Blue Man Group. …

The rooms were very clean and spacious. My mother appreciated how many things were provided to us and how many towels there were. There was also an ample amount of space to store stuff so perfect for a longer stay. The staff was very accommodating to all of our needs!
