Good location for our stag do but receiving a message when we left saying we needed to pay around 500 for things that were definitely broke when we arrived there would make me not go back. If you do book put extra money to a side for ‘damages’ you’ll be charged for, for things you didn’t break or spend a good few hours taking photos or every thing there to use to defend yourself when a charge for damage comes in. Taking the bed sheets off every bed to photo the mattresses to prove you didn’t damage them wouldn’t be something I’d think you’d need to do but it may save you a few quid if you do

The apartment itself was very practical for what we needed although is not the best condition. Was disappointed that we got charged over 600 in damages for things we knew we hadn't done. A mattress was badly ripped even though no sheets had been removed then put back on. The damaged bed frame was a bed we swerved on arrival as it was obviously already damage and apparently a picture that was on the floor that had been on the floor the whole time we were there was also damaged. I suggest that if you were to hire this venue you scrutinise any damages before you settle in although taking sheets off 22 beds and putting them back on is a bit extreme to protect yourself. Hire at your own risk and prepare for a hefty bill afterwards.
