Usually the go to chinese for my friends and I for the amazing vegan options, with the ability to have any dish with vegan meat alternatives. But very sadly the last couple of times we have gone to order Yang's have been closed with no explanation as to why on the website or on the restaurant door. Very disappointing to see and hope that this gets sorted

Amazing food every time. Super fast delivery and great vegan options. Dishes getting a little more expensive but worth it for the quality. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for some food. The roast duck Cantonese style was pretty nice. Decently priced. Takeaway and delivery also available

One of the better Chinese takeaways in Cardiff. The pancake rolls are crispy and NOT dripping in oil, the prawns are to die for, and we love the chicken sate and ribs! Yes, these are all starters. We usually order only starters

A absolutely inspired choice for dinner. I, personally love seafood and I find quite hard to find a place to serve it in the right way, to be right from the cooking to the seasoning. A frind of mine recommend this place and I was a bit suspicious at the beginning but to be honest I am in love with this place now. The atmosphere is relaxed, service is great, the place itself is clean and tidy. Regarding the food I can only say that the chef must be highly experienced. Will definitely be back and absolutely recommend!!!

Visited Yangs this evening and was extremely disappointed. The restaurant was freezing cold with absolutely no heating on whatsoever. A number of diners were eating their food with their coats on.When I asked for the heating to be turned on, they obliged but it took 3 people over 25 minutes to master the controls of the air conditioning. Our order was taken and the wrong starters were delivered. When the correct starters were delivered they were on stone cold plates.Further new diners were seated and also complained how cold it was in the restaurant.I asked for my main main course to be extra hot and spicy and didn't even get a slither of chilli in it.The whole meal was eaten with our coats on but towards the end the staff had figured out how to use the air conditioner and it started warning up.To top things off we were presented with the bill and told the card machine wasn't working and that we'd have to pay with cash. This wasn't at all mentioned at all before ordering our meals. The whole experience was truly sub standard; it really felt as though no one had a clue what was happening there.Very very disappointing.

Popped in when walking past 1. Saw it had re-opened 2. Trying to support local businesses atm 3. It had been spoken affectionately by vegan community in past.Service was friendly and efficient.Vegan meal for one was great value at £12.50 (tried vegan beef option) and really succulent/ delicious. Easily enough for 2 rounds. I understand that they can substitute chicken, duck or beef and veganise a plethora of menu items :)Go! Enjoy :)
