We paid triple the rate that the room typical charges because we stayed the night of the T Swift concert. That being said, it was worth it for the convenient location to Principality Stadium. Although the room was small (as expected) it was very clean and had all the amenities that a typical room would have. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have stayed in since my trip began to the UK. I asked for late check out and was denied. However, I’m sure the hotel was full and cleaning needed to be completed. Check in was very easy.

Mold on the walls. Mildew in the shower. Super dusty. Dirty carpet. and smelled like smoke in the hall. We felt gross touching anything and honestly uncomfortable to even be breathing. We didn't put anything in the closet because it was so dusty. I went to use the hairdryer which was full of dust in the closet and grabbed the diffuser to attach and it was covered in cobwebs. After washing it, come to find out it didn't even fit the hairdryer. The location is good but it's not worth how uncomfortable we felt inside this place.I'm cringing writing this from even thinking about the place. I think we were mostly upset about how misleading the listing and pictures were. They must have other units that are nicer but use those photos for all of their rooms.

Clean and tidy. Great facilities. Excellent location for central Cardiff and principality stadium. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine was appreciated. Modern decor.|Would definitely stay again. Keyless entry is great. Felt safe enough as solo female traveller

Host cancelled out booking on the day. Told us we had cancelled and that they were fully booked. After many phone calls host said reason for cancelling was for urgent repairs. Obviously double booked us and has left us in Cardiff with no accommodation

Was a great experience! I didn’t like the stairs as they felt unstable. It was simple and sweet and has everything you need! Totally recommend staying here.

Stayed here for two nights and stayed in apartment 6. It was a lovely stay, apartment was nice and a couple of bottles of water and mini Prosecco, a little coffee and milk was left for us. …

Should have been far better. On arrival the hall carpets and bedroom carpets were extremely dirty. Spattered in dirt . Very obvious. One evening we found the mattress protector under the clean sheet on the bed to be stained and smelling of urine. We attempted to contact the management team but they did not arrive until the next day. The rest of the apartment was clean and tidy. And a sheet and fan was delivered when requested as the weather was extremely hot. Footnote : Two managers came to see us on leaving. Extremely apologetic and offered us 20 percent reduction on a future stay. I'll leave you to judge if this is sufficient.

Someone broke into my room. It is an unsafe place to stay.Liked · I felt totally unsafe. No CCTV anywhere on the property and No bolt lock on door only a pin code. Someone went into my room without my permission during the day. Staff were unresponsive and it resulted in me moving to alternative accommodation. It has black mold everywhere, my room smelt of ciggerettes and it was very dirty. I was not refunded even though I did not stay in the room. VERY VERY awful experience.They had no record about what staff had been in and out of the property. They had no security. The property is on an unsafe street with homelessness and is next to what seems to be a half-way house. I can not express enough how terrible my experience was.Disliked · It was awful. Do not stay here unless you would sleep on the streets. It is that unsafe. It is a disaster waiting to happen and I did not stick around to be victim to such a place.I later received an email to say no staff had been in my room. Which means there was unauthorised access to my room that day, nothing was taken because all I left was a few items of clothing and toiletries.I had pulled my chair right up to the door before leaving. So you can only open the door by 1 foot and would need to wiggle your hand in to push the chair out of the way. However, upon my return the chair was out of the way of the door by about a meter. This is how I knew someone had been in my room.Anyway I write this review as a warning that you shouldn't stay at this property.
