I am absolutely delighted with the service provided by Capital Apartments. Jason looked after me so well and really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. Him and his team are very responsive and will resolve any issues promptly. I can’t thank them enough for their brilliant service. Highly recommended!

Delighted with the apartment. Convenient to the station where we caught a direct train to Pontypridd for the Eisteddfod. Rooms were big and very comfortable, although very warm at times. I would definately stay here again.

Working in the bay area, this accommodation was perfect. Location was great and the apartment was spacious and clean and equipped with everything we required. The small pool & gym onsite was a bonus. Also appreciated the christmas tree and decorations left in the cupboard for us to put up over the festive period. The office were quick to reply with any queries we had. Would stay again. Thank you.

I stayed here for 6 weeks for work, and loved my stay. Jason was super helpful and we could call him at pretty much any time of the day and he’d help. The place was clean and homely, I’d definitely recommend staying there! It’s right next to Cardiff Bay, and just a straight road from the city centre. :)

I travel back to the UK frequently from the US for a few weeks at a time to visit friends and family back home. Jason & his team were absolutely amazing... from the overseas reservation until the day I left. The flat was perfect with everything i needed, close and walkable to the bars, restaurants, WMC, public transport & the city. I will definitely stay with Capital Apartments on my future trips. CapitalI’m writing from the prospective of one of the apartment owners who have had an apartment with Capital since 2010. Over the years Capital have ensured that all the apartments are kept spotless and that furniture and facilities by the owners are high spec. I have used them myself when I need accommodation. Most come with a parking space and are central to Cardiff Bay with a range of different restaurants and the stunning Millennium Centre. They are also within walking distance of the city centre. There is a well equipped gym and a swimming pool provided by the management company.Capital not only look after the guests but provide an excellent service to the owners so, I would recommend them as providing excellent apartment for guests and also to any owners who have a property to let. Jason, who now owns the business is always available for guests and owners alike. Well done Jason and the other staff at Capital Apartment.

Stayed at Capital Apartments while on tour and performing at Wales Millennium Centre. The flat was furnished with everything necessary to live comfortably. Housekeeping was consistent and facilities were so nice to use!

Our accommodation was absolutely stunning!We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which was in a gated community. It had one en suite including a shower and a general bathroom with a spacious bath and boasts Private secure parking.The apartment was 2 mins walk to mermaid quay.Our apartment was spotless and one of the most fully equipped kitchens anyone could wish for. Every pan, plate and utensil was available!Everything you needed was to hand.Our apartment also had a lovely balcony with a seating area.Coffee, tea and sparkly water was provided too.Super clean… and I had to contact the office as I had a question and the staff were super helpful and extremely friendly.We really had a warm Welsh welcome and stayed in beautiful accommodation within a beautiful city !
