We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay. We stayed for the weekend as it was our anniversary and the room was lovely, really easy and smooth self check in which we liked. I'm Autistic so this really helped. The breakfast was nice and simple too. We were concerned about parking as its on street parking but we easily found a spot 20 yards or so away. Location was great, 20 minute walk into central Cardiff and a good pub just around the corner. We would stay here again for sure.

Was a lovely 2 night break away. |Information by email and WhatsApp with instructions on how to access the building and room. We opted for the buffet breakfast as was a very reasonable price. …

Lovely Victorian house with modern rooms, spotlessly clean and comfortable bed.||Very quiet despite being on a busy road.||Breakfast is exceptional value for money, highly recommend adding it on. …

Pros: The rooms and breakfast (which you preorder) are excellent value for money. The facilities are also excellent. Very clean inside and plenty of fresh linen from the maid if you require. Lots of food and drink places within a few minutes walk. (The Four Elms is a great pub.)Cons: Our room (6) was on the top floor with no lift. It was small but nice. There is no good view from the dormer window. The parking was OK but I didn't like leaving my car there, as there was evidence that other cars had been broken into. I took off one star from location for this reason only.

Very clean room and bathroom. We booked 3 nights and staff would help to make our bed each day, this is very impressive. You must book their breakfast as well, price is very reasonable. Also, the location is great, only 15 min walk to city centre.

Great place within walking distance to the city center. Comfortable bed, clean and well-maintained. The only reason one star is missing is because I couldn't turn on the AC in my room (number 3, 1st floor; stayed on 06/23). It might have been my error, so if the owner replies, I'll happily change my review because I would definitely stay there again!P.S. Watch the check-in instructions. They were super clear and helpful!

It was a little confusing. The outside of No 100 was a bit scruffy, I think from the photos on line of the rooms we expected a different building. The neighbouring properties were either being renovated, or abandoned. …

We found the place easily. The communication was great in advance. Entry to the property was via a code, then there were fobs to lock and unlock the rooms. We did find these fiddly to use. The rooms were great, clean, nicely decorated and spacious with good facilities and importantly very comfy beds. Good en-suites. I didn’t realise that milk for coffee was in a fridge in the breakfast room. The basic continental breakfast was fine as we were in a rush. There was free parking within 100 yards in a side street. We didn’t see anyone else during our stay. Overall great for what we needed.
