Perfect for the location we needed, pleasant, large and clean rooms. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included in our stay and included a full English on offer - what more could you want!||We can’t wait to stay again. Thanks for a great experience.

Idyllic setting. Great food. Lovely staff. Very relaxing stay in a 6 bed dwelling next to a golf club house.Our only disappointment was we were on the third floor (attic space) with no view, no lift and no fire exit even though we were assured the building met all the necessary fire regulations.We would happily stay there again on the ground or first floor.

I hate to give a place anything but 5 stars but I had to give 3 stars here. The views and the location are really cool and I loved that. The toilet in both rooms barely flushed and the toilet seat broken in both rooms as well, so wasn't impressed with that. The staff were a bit rude to us as well, we asked them at 6pm when last orders for food were and they said 9pm last orders, but when we went up to order at 8:32pm they said sorry kitchen closes for orderes at 8:30pm and they denied telling us otherwise. They also grilled us as to why we were staying there since we were foreigners which was a bit strange. The breakfast was really lovely but yah had to give it 3 stars because of the staff interactions and toilet seats.

Had a short break at Somerfield Lodge with an inclusive golf package. This review is based on the exceptional value for money that Somerfield Lodge and Clyne Golf club provide. Room spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a short break. The breakfast served in the adjoining club house was superb, the best bacon I've had in a hotel for a very long time. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Safe to say we will be returning next year. Huge thanks to John the club Manager for sorting our booking, arranging our tee times both at Clyne and an offside course.

Nice rooms with everything you need. The staff are really friendly, helpful and welcoming. |They even made me a packed lunch because I had to leave early for work. |My evening meal was also very nice |

Excellent value accommodation at Clyne Golf Club. Very friendly staff and great food at sensible prices. The restaurant and bar area overlooked the golf course which had sheep and ponies roaming freely (except on the greens). At the top of the fairway there are lovely views over Swansea Bay. Good location for exploring Gower and not far from Swansea and Mumbles. Lovely park at the bottom of the hill (Clyne Gardens) and nice walk along the sea front.
