A very homely place to stay. Jan was the greatest host; nothing was too much trouble and it was obvious that she enjoyed what she did. everywhere was clean and tidy and as many have said; Breakfast was fabulous. Thank you Jan for a great weeks stay.

The rooms are clean and quite well furnished, with plenty of storage, if a little cramped. It's an old building, and as such, has its own issues, including drafts. Our room was on the third floor, and although it wasn't an issue to us,many people would struggle with so many stairs. The breakfast is served between 8 and 9 and was lovely, with a really good range of food, including the full breakfast. Jan is friendly and always helpful and on hand if anything is needed.

Lovely guest house superbly located right in the heart of the walled town so very close to restaurants, pubs and shops and just a short stroll to the lovely harbour or the beach. The room was cosy and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Jan is a friendly hostess who served us with our cooked breakfast each morning. There were cereal or fruit options. Good value all round.
