We did not stay at the hotel but booked for food as it looked nice. Menu was OK but on arrival we're advised several items were not available so choices limited. I ordered King prawns with buttered potatoes, my husband chose sirloin steak and chips. We were advised we could also visit the salad bar ( not really salad bar , more like left over dishes). After quite a long wait food arrived but I could see chips were not fresh steak was hard and chewy no juices not rested. And the prawns were hard and overcooked. Very disappointing. The plated food did not look complete no sauce, or relish. The waitress was however very good and very apologetic so no complaints about the waitress. No sure if it's because of the date or time we booked but not what we expected. Lovely setting we'll decorated interior, great service poor food .

8 of us pitched up for dinner without a booking. Josh and the team could not have been more accommodating. The food was exceptional, both value for money and extremely high quality. Would definitely recommend a visit here and we will be going back to sample more of the menu!

We stayed two nights on our Pembrokeshire Coast Path walk. The place was nicely decorated and well maintained. My room was quite small, but others had more spacious rooms. The chef here is quite ambitious, so I recommend eating there. The food is excellent.

Came to the Hall about a month ago, and it had improved greatly from last year.Demi is a fantastic member of staff and invaluable to the Hall. She was attentive but not too much, nothing was a trauma, and she was happy and friendly (something greatly lacking in customer service staff these days). The salad bar is a great idea and the menu was very inclusive for all diets.

Went for a roast dinner & left disappointed.Over priced for such a basic roast. No clue what it cost til the bill is given. For £16.50 for a basic underwhelming roast. Peppers and beetroot have no business on a roast. At least separate the peas & cabbage so I can make a choice between the 2. "Roast" potatoes looked, texture and tasted like they were deep fried & not actually roasted.Carrots were cold.Really really underwhelming. Really disappointed. Wasted meal.

We live near and occasionally visit the bar and lounge area for a drink. Great selection of drinks and always greeted with polite and friendly staff. We decided to eat here today, it was quite quiet but we ordered three different dishes and were impressed with how tasty, great presentation and how well everything was cooked. The salad bowl offerings certainly had some interesting and lovely tasting options. Three empty plates and three very happy customers.. we haven’t stayed overnight so cannot comment on the rooms
