Went for a friend's birthday on a Saturday afternoon nice sized room at the back leading onto a lovely outside seating area, Buffet was second to none with plenty of choice. A Good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Only drawbacks were that the poor girl behind the bar was rushed off her feet trying to serve our party and run the (back to back) bar, while the owner stood by and watched, thankfully a young lad turned up abit later and took some pressure off her. The toilets could do with a bit of bleach also.

Approximately 40 of us went for our group Christmas lunch. The tables were set out in a large square, which was great as we could all see each other and chat.  …

Some of the friendliest and efficient staff I have encountered - and I travel a lot for work. |Many young people working in hospitality could learn a thing or two from the staff here. …

The room was lovely, clean and didn't get cold during the night at all. The room was also very cheap for the great quality that they were! The bathroom was done nicely with a shower with good water pressure and temp. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was incredible. The owners were incredibly friendly and I know if we're ever around the area again, we would definitely come back! (There was also a very lovely dog too!)
