The twin room I booked was on the first floor at the front of the house with a good view of hills over the river. An acceptable amount of traffic noise that reduce by 10pm, which did not disturb me even with the window open. The room was comfortable and clean with sufficient cupboards for clothes. As with many B&Bs the shower room made the best of the area it was in but a well proportioned person may find it a bit tight. However the shower pressure was very good and the water hot.Breakfast was plentiful so much so that I did not have all that was on offer.A good idea was the baskets in the hall for guests to leave their muddy boots. One of the 4 rooms is on the ground floor.I recommend Manordaf for both short stays for those doing the coastal path, and those exploring the many attractions in the area longer stays of several days.Jacqui and Steve are very welcoming hosts. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here on a cycling tour along the Welsh coast. It was one of the best B&Bs we stayed at. Friendly hosts, delicious breakfast and a great view of the river.

We arrived wet and muddy to a warm welcome and a delightful room overlooking the river. We had a wide choice of breakfast, all of which was delicious and much needed for the day’s walk ahead. Best of all was the relationship we built with Steve and Jaqui. Great hosts.

I stayed here with my husband and adult son, both rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable, the added addition of the fan in our room was very welcome as the weather was very humid. We were only passing through but would recommend the accommodation as a good place to explore the surrounding area. Thanks to the owners for a lovely stay and the additional information they gave us about the various pubs and restaurants and even an update on the traffic problems in the area!

We stayed in the Manordaf Holiday Cottage with our doggy and we had the most amazing, relaxing holiday! Beautiful location near lovely nature and beautiful walks along the sea and countryside. The hosts were so welcome, helpful, informative, genuine and huge dog lovers!! 🐶🧡 The cottage was so lovely, clean with lovely homely touches with a comfy bed!! We definitely would love to return and we hugely recommend them to anyone who needs a break from reality! You also get your own private hot tub when staying at the cottage as a bonus! ☺️💕
