This is our second visit, both delightful. Romantic, secluded detached cottage with hot tub & own private landscaped garden for BBQ. Really well maintained, everything supplied for self catering so you can switch off and recharge your batteries. Luxury products supplied in bathroom.

Brilliant cottage bit of a windy road but the peace and quiet is what you are paying for. The presecco is a nice touch and make sure you take a dressing gown and flip flops if using the jacuzzi.

Dan and Les were great hosts and very helpful throughout the booking process as well as when we were onsite. We booked Wellstone Cottages as a group of 20+ as we wanted somewhere out of the way with plenty of room for everyone. Our hosts, the grounds, hot tubs, and communal areas all helped to make the weekend great.

A great spot. Trees, grounds, stream, ponds. Llamas. Rooms are adequate and comfy. Kitchen/dining lounge area is huge...about 12mx5 m and spotless and with 7 or 8 bedrooms for some of the cast and crew whilst we filmed nearby atop frenni fawr. High end kitchen and appliances. Home from home. House manager is Lorraine and she is a class apart. We were well looked after. Recommended.Also the the Crymych Arms nearby. Owned by the townsfolk and a real find.

I booked Wellstone Cottages for my friends stag do and it did not fail to disappoint. Beautiful cottage buildings set in stunning Welsh countryside, with its own fields, perfect for garden games amongst all the animals, including the resident alpacas! Dan and Les were very helpful, right from the outset. They were very contactable before the booking and were able to recommend local pubs and taxi firms etc. I would highly recommend this accommodation for group bookings aswell as family getaways. The large kitchen and dining area of the main cottage was perfect for congregating in the evenings and was the perfect social space. Thanks alot Les and Dan, will definitely be back at somepoint!

What an amazing place to stay 'off-grid' !! The Yurts were incredible. Everything needed was right there. Dan and Les are incredible hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them, great hospitality. We will be returning for sure. Thanks for everything.

This was the perfect place for our group of 12 to stay. With the bad weather cancelling a camping holiday we wanted a spacious place where we could all sit together to cook, eat, play games and relax and the Coach House at Wellstone cottages was well above our expectations. We arrived to a lovely welcome hamper of eggs, Prosecco, cheese and crackers on a long table that could seat all 12 of us comfortably in an open plan kitchen/diner/living room. The outdoor BBQ and hot tub were both additional pulls that were the icing on the cake to the stay. The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of glasses, mugs and crockery for everyone to eat and drink whatever they chose. The outdoor space was brilliant with loads of different animals, we particularly enjoyed the alpacas that watched our outdoor games! Overall it was a brilliant and relaxing stay and I would definitely head back - Dan and Les are excellent hosts and very friendly and approachable people.

The Cottage was very clean pet and child friendly good WiFi and streaming services. Well equipped with excellent free welcome packs and essentials. Everything is provided for and very well done, a testament to the Dan and Les.I think the hot tube was one of the best ones for temperature and comfort for me as it was bad weather and was not cold dirty or needed any warming up.We had a spectacular view of the moon and stars on the first night it rained the 2nd night but got another dip on 3rd day but the whole experience was great.A very relaxing and quality experience from our point of view and children will love the outdoors around the estate and the two friendly Alpaca chaps Rio and Rocky were welcoming lol.

The cottages and surrounding countryside are great and despite it being in the depths of the country side it's very easy to find.The houses were immaculately clean and there is more than enough glasses and cook wear for a large group of people as well as a large social space in the larger cottages.Currently I would only rate this 3 star because the beds werent that comfortable in the small cottage, the mattress probably needs replacing, and the showers were very disappointing. Couldn't control the temperature or pressure. There was also an issue with the plumbing but that as probably due to the weather.5 star if the beds and showers were better
