I haven't stayed here, which is why i haven't rated the rooms or service, but visited the walled garden, which was beautiful, even in the light rain. I was so taken with the phlomis I had to buy some. 😊

Only stayed the one night. But was spotlessly clean and warm. The hosts where very nice and helpful with pointing out local attractions. We went out for a couple of hours with our dogs to the local beach. But we spent most of our time in our studio. Amazing views(when the fog cleared) so peaceful and relaxing. The studio was well equipped. Ie cooker fridge microwave kettle plates cups. Things like that. The bed was really comfortable and had a great night's sleep.Would definitely recommend this place

Good value for money, clean and quiet, plenty of parking. Jane & Jon are very attractive but not intrusive. Would certainly stay again but longer than the 4 nights, we're just getting into it.|There is lots to do in the area, but you would need a car.

Cobwebs awful but way up high. Kitchen had all mod cons, clean bedrooms. Bathroom needs attention especially to bath panel and fan didn't work n full of dust. Saying this it was hot with under floor heating. Very enjoyable break.

Beautiful location, the room we stayed is tired, in need of a real good clean & some maintenance. Grout in the bathroom floor was missing sealant in the shower was all black just like the shower hose amongst many things....☹️

Well upon arrival we were greated by a rat scurrying into the undergrowth. Our accommodation in the bakehouse, well Bath panel hanging off, black mold around Bath with flaking ceiling. My disabled Mums room had a large damp patch on wall and the flat level to the front door was blocked with an overgrown fig tree, hence had to get her into property via rear entrance which consisted of steep steps with no hand rail. Bedroom upstairs had three very well used mattresses along with bedroom coverings to match. No instructions regarding turning on heating which left our Mum feeling very cold, two large sticky stains at the top of the stairs along with lots if cobwebs. We were glad we only stayed for one night, and at a cost of £180, if we had known I would have offered⁰ above a price level of £40. Very sad to be honest, we won't visit here again and I advise prospective travellers to do the same
