After a lovely week in the Gower on holiday, Popped in for a coffee and a toasted sandwich before setting off for home. Two coffees and two toasted ham and cheese sandwiches £33!! Way too expensive. Nice view and pleasant staff but not worth £33!

What a place. Food was incredible. Views stunning. We did a motorhome stopover and the staff were so lovely. Sat on beach in the morning to watch the sunrise. Finished our road trip of Wales perfectly. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic food and hospitality from the staff. However the room was very tired looking with chips in the bath, dirty seals in the bathroom with cracked floor tiles and dying flowers in a vase on the landing outside the room. We would stay again in the future as the welcome and venue are excellent.

Popped in for a meal one evening. As my son wanted steak we weren't able to have that outside, so had to go inside to the restaurant. It was dog friendly as we had our dog with us. Quite dimly lit, felt it needed better lighting. Also was quite expensive for the amount of food you got, but that's probably as we were right by the beach.

**UPDATE: We returned last July and had exactly the same, great experience. The only thing different was the menu which has been brought up to date and was a hit. A great place for food and drink.**A pub is only as good as the people who go there and in this case the staff! Really friendly, chatty and helpful barstaff are a delight and the Oxwich Bay Hotel has them by the bucketful. We went there 4 times during our week long visit to Oxwich, twice for lunch, once just for beers and once for dinner. They have a dogs allowed section inside by the bar which allowed us to have an evening meal with the hound. The menu was reasonable if a little locked in the past with items like prawn cocktail and chicken chasseur (both of which I had and both of which were great) and possibly a little short of choice but that really wasn't an issue for us, at least not dining there only the once. But the main attraction on a sunny day is the garden which looks directly out at the beautiful Oxwich Bay. Tables at one end of the garden have a slightly better view as the wall is slightly lower here and doesn't restrict the view too much. Lunchtime menu included really good burgers (decent beef and not the mass produced pre-packaged frisbees other places sell) and a variety of wraps among other options. We were really happy with the service, food, drinks and location and will definitely return if/when we are in Oxwich again.

We decided to spend our honeymoon at the Oxwhich bay hotel as it has sentimental values from the very start of our relationship 17 years ago. We booked the bridal suite and I honestly wish we hadn't. …

Beautiful location, nice staff, breakfast was good but a very tired hotel. The hotel is situated perfectly for a great place to relax, celebrate, embrace the sea etc.  …
