We've been a couple of times now. Both times off season. The first time our fridge didn't work and the sofa stunk of sick but both those things were swiftly dealt with and all went well from there on.The second time we were split between 2 lodges. We had a mop bucket with no mop, a swiffer with no head and the shop didn't sell them. In an 8 sleeper lodge we had one food recycling bag and the shop didn't sell additional ones so definitely take extra food bags. Our Lodge had a porch light but no patio light, our next-door Lodge had a patio light but no porch light and neither of us had a path light. We decided it wasn't worth a fuss and to just crack on, enjoy it and come better prepared next time.Thay said, We had a great week. The kids zip wired & saw plenty of wildlife and spent hours bird watching. The oldies had a lot of spa treatments, which they are still banging on about to this day and we had lots of walks together. The kids swam all week and made use of the Hive and serendrome.(But I will say that we kept finding broken tiles at the bottom of the pool on the second visit and lots of kids kept cutting their feet/toes and bleeding everywhere the first time. There was a chap walking round trying to cover trails of blood with white powder that was then mopped into the pool so that was gross. We took pool socks the second time but the kids wouldn't go in the pool so they weren't needed.)There was a LOT more litter along the footpaths and in the scarecrow feilds the second time we went. I don't know what that was all about. We went by public transport to Narberth/Clynderwen train station (Clynderwen was cheaper). Then a taxi to Bluestone reception (£20). The taxi driver is really lovely.Shopping is really easy to do if someone drives, with Aldi, Morrisons, Iceland & lidl all 15 min drive away in Haverfordwest.Village shops a bit disappointing & overpriced for a lot of it.They ought to get rid really, merge the tat shop with the one in the Hive and replace with local produce shops in the village. I'd much rather buy overpriced, locally sourced & home made welshcakes, pork pies and scotch eggs than pay through the nose for for happy shopper cake and a painted stone.Overall, it's a good place but it's a generous 4 not a 5. Currently, I wouldn't pay their on season prices. I think if I'd have paid THOUSANDS to stay for a week and encountered the issues I did, I would have wanted my money back.*gonoff season. Take extra food recycling bags. Take grippy pool socks to avoid injury. Have fun.

Beautiful surroundings, views from our Lodge were fabulous. Lodges, very well spaced out for privacy. Well equipped, the site has almost anything you could want.Lots to do. We adored Camp Smokey, & all it offered, which is quite a bit! The cafe's chilli jacket potato, was the best I've ever had!!!Had a really god4 night's there. Didn't hire a buggy, but sort of wished we had, when we saw them all decorated up for Halloween night!!Ate in Camp Smokey, the Welsh styled tafyn, & Fy Coffii....all were fine. Well stocked shop in the 'village', as well as other places to choose to eat in. Also ordered takeaway twice, & both times were ok.Would recommend Bluestone, but may out of school holidays, if you didn't have children with you.

We had a great holiday, everything was seem less and we couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming bunch. We had a couple of queries about the property and guest services couldn’t be more happy to assist. We all felt welcomed and we can’t wait for our next visit!

We love coming here. As many have mentioned, it's getting a bit tired in many of its flagship attractions esp. the Blue Lagoon, but it's still a lovely place with lots to do. Can't give it 5 stars for the reasons above. Also they could try harder with the food on site. It's pretty fast foody and there aren't many healthy options which would add a bit more class to the feel.
