Overall we had a comfortable night staying in one of the sea facing rooms. However, on arrival they told us that due to lack of staff the restaurant/bar was closing early, with no concession, so we went elsewhere, plus the price of the rooms were over £100 per night on a Sunday for rooms that needed a bit of attention (lots of paint marks, see photos). I would stay here again if the price was right.

Went there today one and one only sat outside had a smoke when the waiter came outside and said we couldn't smoke outside near no one and said you cannot smoke here we don't have a licence what a load of rubbish Had my own pub had a licence to sell alcohol and music should have asked to see the non smoking licence

Nice comfortable room with a great view, the only negative was the elevator not working meaning a had to carry a very heavy suitcase to the top floor.

Went in here on chance with a family of 5, staff very friendly and welcoming. Lunch menu had something for each of us and all food was fresh and tasty. Would go here again if in area.

My parents stayed at this busy and buzzy hotel right on the seafront in the heart of the Mumbles for our family holiday. They said the hotel was clean with very modern rooms and the staff were helpful. The downside was there is no hotel lounge area to relax in and there is always music playing in the bar and dining area and often private parties with live singing so it can be noisy at times.

Beware! The staff and the manager run separate accounts. For 48 hours, we were constantly harassed by the staff for more payment. Our stay resembled a ‘Fawlty Towers’ experience, so eventually we decided to have a jolly good laugh. …

A charming but modern hotel set in a beautiful bay. Excellent clean and comfortable facilities. Sumptuous and comfortable rooms with coffee machines and beautiful beds and bathrooms. Good tv facilties and very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely use this hotel again

Although a beautiful hotel, simple requests are not listened to. Requested and paid via phone for a bottle of champagne be taken to the dining table of where my cousins (guests at hotel) were eating along with a note wishing my cousin a happy birthday from myself. Instead it was taken to the room twice, and not received because they were at dining table. Rung next day, apologies given, surprise ruined, and was assured it would be rectified that day. Champagne was received but with no note.Also I booked via hotel booking system , a room for my son, posted my card details to pay, email received confirming booking and that my card would be deducted when he checked in. However on check in, he was embarrassed when they asked him to pay, not checking the booking information. My cousin a guest also had same issue today, when asked to pay although her card details were on the booking system. Excuse was ' it's a new system' I'd suggest double checking information.

We had a lovely fish and chips lunch here yesterday, good food and good service. The only let down is the qr code on the tables to do your own ordering is a scam that signs you up to a game subscription for £40 a month. Beware!!

Staff very helpful and informative, booking was simple and efficient. Rooms great and very clean, lovely pillows! Location perfect for adventures and getting around. Breakfast really good, great options and nicely cooked. Would recommend!

A superb hotel . Our every need was taken care of . Checked in by the Manager who couldn’t do enough.We had a package of Dinner bed and breakfast .Food delivered quickly with a smile.Bar staff very friendly . One request would be to have early morning access to the sun terrace to watch the spectacular sun rise they have in the bay, with a nice coffee before a fab day begins . Hotel situated in an amazing spot .Very nice stay . Thank you .
