The Room was very spacious and tastefully decorated, as well as being very clean. There was a seating area to chill out with fantastic views over the Solway Firth. The sunsets were beautiful.|Breakfast was well cooked and the coffee was really good.|Josie was a great host, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

What can I say about the Queen Hotel that hasn't already been said...we called on a whim as the hotel we went to originally had no room and wasn't very helpful in signposting to another place.From taking the call to seeing us off...Josie...Jack and Sandra made us most welcome.We were given a huge clean and warm room with stunning views across the Solway Coast towards Scotland. Advised of best pet food place for our lil Doxies and advised of where we could top up our provisions.Breakfast was absolutely perfect...and the quality ingredients were top class. Sandra and Jack stepped up to doggy sit whilst we ate our breakfasts as for hygiene reasons...no pets are permitted in the dining area. So off our girls trotted to the private lounge to entertain Sandra who although recovery from an operation...her humour and love for animals shone thru.At no extra cost...Josie very kindly served up a doggy size breakfast for our girls ar no extra cost as we miscalculated their holiday rations.All in all...fabulous value and well worth a stop over at what can only be described as one of the best places in Silloth to stop and take in the wonders of the coast.

We stayed here for a weekend the hotel room was amazing with beautiful views of the sea and Scotland, in the distance we were lucky with the weather :) the owners are so friendly and helpful the breakfast was spot on to. Would definitely stay again.
