7 of us stayed at the hostel last weekend. The hostel was excellent. Very clean, good showers and great facilities. We were allowed to stay beyond 10 am on the Sunday which we appreciated. We'll definitely be returning!

The cleanest hostel I've ever been. It's very tidy, kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are neat and well kept. Maybe the lounge area and dining space could use a bit more flair/cosiness, but it was also just quiet when I was there. Hostess is incredibly kind and helpful too.

The hostel lived up to all our expectations and more. We were a group of 20 people staying there in the middle of August 2024. The hostel was fantastically clean all throughout our stay there and the beds were comfortable. We chose to avail of the simple continental breakfast as we were a big group and everything was perfectly catered for by Christina and the team at Denton House. Would definitely stay there again when I am in Keswick next. It was also extremely easy to get the bus to and from the hostel as there is a bus stop 2 minutes away and also there is a well stocked grocery store right next to it if you wanted to buy ingredients to cook in the hostel. Highly recommend it and looking forward to going back!

I booked here in late September for a quick overnight before walking in the hills. Booked an 8 bed dorm and got the whole place to myself. Was very clean and comfortable. I arrived late and the instructions for getting in were very clear and easy.

Rooms are basic as you expect, but clean and comfortable enough for a night or two. Shared bathroom and kitchen were also well catered. Staff really helpful and communicated well. Only a 5/10 walk into Keswick centre.
