Bathroom is small and bit hard to control the water temperature, other than that everything is perfect to tour. No refrigerator,but clean, confortable bed conditon and nice interiors.

a great place to stay on a budget! close by to everything in old town Edinburgh and very clean. I would definitely stay again!The only issues we had were with the Wi-Fi as we were in the top room and it would only connect to our phones if we went a couple steps down stairs; they said they were working to improve this. The shower water pressure was also terrible.

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation.Well located accommodation in Edinburgh (close to shops, restaurants, the main avenue Princess Street, public transport and about 10 minutes walk from the old town).The manager was very responsive to our requests.

Great location for visiting Edinburgh Old Town. Good value for money. Spacious and comfortable room. Two small downsides: the bathrooms shared with another room, when the occupants of the other room are pigs, and the floor which is very noisy.

The location is optimal, the rooms are clean, all amenities work and sufficient stock thereof. The only issue is the 53 steps to the top, and the curtains do not keep out the light. Would stay here again just not on the top floor.

Bide Collective have really spacious rooms in a perfect location to explore Edinburgh. The room was immaculately presented and clean with all the amenities you could need, from bottles of water to a hairdryer and fan. The bed was comfy, if a little small for the size of the room, with plenty of pillows.The experience from the hosts was perfect from start to finish with a seemelss check-in, but a slightly early checkout at 10amThe main downside comes from having a shared bathroom. While the hosts did everything they could to keep it clean, the inconvenience of a shared bathroom did detract from the stay. The room was also relatively loud, at the front of the building, and on a hot day we had to choose between opening the windows for a breeze or keeping the room relatively quiet.Overall though I would highly recommend a stay, and it is one of the better places we have stayed at this price bracket for the Fringe.

Excellent central location. Stayed here for a night when attending the Johnnie Walker whisky experience. Well kept accommodation with a comfortable bed. Will definitely return.
