Stayed here for 3 days. Awesome place in an excellent location with outdoor seating. Spacious Kitchen and Dining with well stocked Utensils. 3 Spacious Bedrooms with a separate space for laundry. Can’t fault this place. Mairi and John surprised us with goodies, that was well thought out. The place had everything we needed including travel adaptor, good collection of books/dvds including hair dryer in all bedrooms.Looking forward to visiting again!!

Fladda Chuain is a beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious house, perfect for a group of 6 adults.The house is exactly as described and the pictures don't quite do it justice.It's beautiful and Mairi made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, provided excellent communication and we had a flawless stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Haus Fladda Chuain. The house is fully equipped and offers plenty of space. It was super clean and we felt very comfortable there. It also has a great location, so you can go on great trips into the beautiful nature from there. We would reserve the house again and again.

What a beautiful cottage with a breathtaking view!! The photos do not do this cottage the justice it deserves - the rooms are huge, there are three toilets, and a boot room for taking shoes off at the end of a long day. Take a stroll into the garden with a coffee or a glass of wine, and there is no noise whatsoever aside from the gentle rhythm of nature. We were greeted with fresh flowers dotted around the house as well as a bottle of wine, and 6 gin & tonics - one for each guest! The bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable and the towels were so soft and fluffy too. Thank you so much, Mairi. Your cottage is perfect! x

Such a special place to spend New Year. Deceptively spacious, I was particularly pleased with the boot room for kicking off muddy boots and cleaning clothes after a day exploring Skye. Super easy access to Fairy Pools, Portree and Uig where we enjoyed lots of lovely walks and great food.The cottage has the most exceptional views and waking up to that daily was enough BUT the comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and home from home comforts just made me want to stay longer.I cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent hosts, nothing too much bother. Excellent accommodation, location and facilities. I can’t wait to go back ❤️

Honored to add the first review for this beautiful property. Johnnie and Mairi are wonderful hosts. They met us at the start of our stay and gave us the grand tour. The house is beautiful and spacious. The view from the living room is unbeatable. There was plenty of room to sleep our group of 6. All of the fixtures and amenities are up to date, beautiful, and on par with what one would expect from high level vacation accommodations. The location worked very well for us. There are majestic views, a museum, and the ocean, all short walk away from the property. If you’re up for a short drive, you can easily get to many hiking trails, pubs, shops in Portree, beaches, kilt rock, and other popular tourist locations. With friendly locals, roaming sheep, highland cows, breathtaking Scottish landscapes, accommodating hosts, and plush accommodations, I can’t imagine a better place for our group to set up shop while visiting the Isle of Skye. I highly recommend it!!
