We were accommodated here on a guided tour of the Highlands and Skye. It was a nice little B&B run by a very loving owner. The rooms were tidy. We also liked the breakfast for English standards. That was better than the inexpensive hotels we had booked on Booking. We felt comfortable there.

Host Catriona was extremely kind and communicative throughout our stay. The home is located mere minutes from the center of Portree. It was a really fantastic location! Our room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast room was beautiful. Looking forward to staying at Drumorell again in the near future!

I had an excellent stay with Catriona, who once again couldn’t have done enough to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I slept very well, with my room having nice views over the water and mountains. Decent breakfast in the morning with lots of choice of continental/cooked options. Off-street parking available outside. 5 minute walk to town. Highly recommended. It’s always a pleasure staying at Catriona’s, and I look forward to seeing her again next year. Many thanks to Martin as well for his hard work standing in when Catriona was off.

We had such a good time in Drumorell! We arrived there chilled in a rainy afternoon, and we found a very pretty and cozy home, with a lovely flowered garden. Ms Matheson welcomed us so kindly, and gave us lots of attention. She made us really feel at home! Our room was so lovely and confortable, clean and warm, with a so delicate wallpaper, and very refined bed sheet, scented soap in the bathroom, everything was so cozy!We had breakfast in the bow window, a very lovely bow window, furnished with very pretty ornaments. The table was absolutely perfect, with a delicate set of dishes and the embroithered tablecloth. Ms Matheson prepared us a delicious and big breakfast, with fresh scrumbled eggs, beans, fruits, jams and other delicius food. We really want to thank her so much for her exquisite hospitality, and we absolutely recommend Drumorell to anyone wanting a few days of relax and beauty in Portree.Matteo, Pietro, Federica

Very pleasant three night stay and truly warm welcome! It feels like being in a doll's house, everything is very small and furnished with taste from times gone by. It is beautiful and characteristic to go down the red carpeted stairs in the morning to access the veranda where you can have breakfast. The real surprise was being the only guests in the house, so truly pampered. Compliments to the host and his experience and courtesy :)

The B&B was lovely! Furnished with traditional B&B decor it was very clean and had all the necessary room amenities (including tea supplies and biscuits). The host makes a great breakfast to your liking, tidy’s the room daily and is very accommodating. The only small negative is the comfort of the beds.Other than this, Drumorell is great place to stay in Portree.
