What a great place! There are many great restaurants in the nearby community. The hotel staff are so kind. The equipment inside is all I need. The space is just right. The air conditioner is great. The washing machine is very convenient. There is nothing I can fault.

I have stayed in the hotel for almost a month with family with kids the hotel is perfect i had few issues we faced but the hotel did everything possible to help and they genuinely care about every details and made sure our stay is enjoyable,the staff are all incredible and friendly .The hotel location is excellent with many places to eat / shop within walking distanceWill definitely recommend the hotel to everyone coming to London!

Apartments are newly refurbished and everything is smartly and luxuriously decorated. Pet and family friendly, appliances have safety and childproof options. The location is excellent and so many options around the area to spend the day. Sloane Square station is a 5 minute walk and Knightsbridge station and Harrods are only 15 minutes away. Victoria Coach station is a 15-20 minute walk. Can book transfer from and to the airport. The only downside is the construction work left undone on Sloane street which blocks entrance on one side so you have to drive around the block which has nothing to do with Cheval but is worth noting. Quiet area.

I recently stayed at Cheval Phoenix House for 6 nights during a business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues with the apartment.Four mornings during my stay, there was no water supply in the apartment, and on one occasion, the water supply was unavailable for over 24 hours. Each time I reported the problem, the front desk assured me that they were working on it and that the maintenance team had been notified.However, it became apparent that management was aware of the ongoing issue and failed to communicate the true situation to guests or address residents' dissatisfaction adequately. One evening, when the water briefly returned, it was scalding hot to the point where it could have caused burns.The lack of water posed a significant hygiene issue, and on another day, the air conditioning was non-functional throughout the night, adding to my discomfort.The apartments have recently been refurbished, but they overlooked a critical aspect: soundproofing. The single-glazed windows did nothing to minimize the noise from the roadworks on Sloane Street, making it difficult to rest.Upon checking out both elevators in the building were not working and i had to carry 2 pieces of luggage down 6 floors.Additionally, one of the closets in my apartment was unusable because the doors couldn't open fully, obstructed by a bedside table.Despite being compensated for my entire stay, I am dissatisfied with the level of service. Having stayed at several other Cheval Residences in London, such as Thorny Court, Gloucester Park, and Knightsbridge, I can confidently say that the service at Gloucester Park and Thorny Court is far superior. It is clear that both Phoenix House and Knightsbridge require significant improvements in service and management to match the standards of their sister properties.The emotional distress caused by these daily inconveniences, compounded by the physical strain of carrying my luggage down six floors, was truly unbearable. I had hoped for a much better experience, and it is unfortunate that my stay ended this way.
