We had a brilliant stay! The location is fabulous - close to loads of amenities and places of interest. The apartment is great too - lots of room, pretty steep stairs but nice bright accommodation! Balcony was a bonus too. We will be back!!

Loved the location of this place, if you want to stay in London and be close to everything, but away from everything at the same time, this is your spot! There was nothing I didn't love about the Circus of Colour! If I return to London, this is the service I would use.

We stayed at the Frankie says Sensual Breeze at 30 Foley street. I really enjoyed the stay. The sofa bed was comfortable. The location was phenomenal. All the cooking appliances, including the oven, were clean. It was usually quiet despite being near bars, so I guess there is good soundproofing. The instructions to enter the building were straight forward. Maybe the only knock I would give the property is that the shower doesn't have a basket or shelf to place shampoo and shower gel during the shower.On the whole, we love it.

If I could do 0 I would. We were charged an absurd amount of money for a short term rental that was in awful condition. We had about 10 maintenance visits in just a few weeks. The flat smelled like it was rotting and there is no recourse whatsoever. Do not rent from them, you will be severely disappointed with the services provided.

Applies to The Anarchist Camden:Nice apartment but hard to find! There should be a sign on the wall showing that you have come to the right place. The lift worked the 1st day, the 2nd day we got stuck in it and got stuck in it for 30-40 min. We raised the alarm on the alarm button but the call was cut off before we could get our information and be told whether we would get help or not. We finally managed to open the doors ourselves from the inside and jumped out between 2 floors. What if the elevator came loose then!! The rest of the weekend the lift was not in use and we did not see any repairmen. Now warning others to take the elevator, walk instead!!Bad with china. There were 6 of us, but there weren't, for example, 6 mugs. No mattress pad in one bedroom, so very hard to sleep. Bad pillows.No coat hanger in the hall, so jackets were everywhere.Asked for frying pan to fry bacon and eggs, it was delivered quickly!

Location was excellent but could be quite noisy.If you don't mind carrying your suitcases up 47 stairs then this is for you.We found the apartment quite tired and the couch was very old with large stains on it.Not that we did any cooking but the pots in the cupboards were filthy.Also it was quite warm when we visited (August) and there is no air conditioning and it was very hot inside.

Fantastically located in the heart of Soho, the flat is perfect for a few days for a couple. The bedroom at the back was surprisingly quiet for such a central location, especially given how noisy was the front of the apartment overlooking Old Compton St itself.The front was really loud until the early hours, though, and our son sleeping on the sofa bed didn’t get the best of sleep.The kitchen was well-stocked, the WiFi good and everything was clean and in good order. My only real gripe was the shower for which one had a choice of extremely hot or boiling.The USP is a large roof patio which was amazing. A superb place to pick up the vibes from below or host friends in your own right. The trestle table was wobbly and needs some TLC, but otherwise the area is superb.

6 flights of stairs not mentioned in the advert and no support or service once my partner and our 2 toddlers were not able to manage the stairs. We had to book another hotel and the customer on Frankie was appalling!! No help whatsoever. Please avoid !!

Our stay at your place was nice. The apartment is very well located and good amenities. There was a very bad smell coming from showers which was partially fix. And the fire alarm kept going on with no reason. Street is a little noisy during middle of the night. There’s a street lamp that light the upper room, needed a eye mask not to see it.

We booked one of the flats in SOHO recently for a family vacation in Europe. I booked through Marriott Homes and Villas thinking Marriott would verify the quality of the rental meets their standards. We were very wrong. The pictures used to showcase the flat must have been very old because when we were there a week ago, the flat was dirty, and very worn. The couch had stains all over it and was very worn out (even had a support piece fall out of the bottom making the center of the couch sag). There are two bedrooms and the beds feel like they were purchased second-hand from a “rent by the hour hotel” because you could count the number of springs pushing against your back. We were in the 3rd level and entering the “lobby” we were always hit with a weird odor. Not sure if it was air fresheners trying to cover the scent of w33d or bodily fluids but you don’t want to linger too long in between the doors or you’ll have that smell in your nose for hours. Mind you, this is not an inexpensive rental. It would be one thing if we were trying to do London “on the cheap”, but paying more than $600 a night for a dirty, worn, and smelly flat was disappointing. We originally picked this flat because of the location (SOHO) and we really liked the area and its accessibility to places we wanted to see but we left feeling like we needed a tetanus shot. The flat was advertised with a clothes washer and dryer but the dryer is just a spin dryer, not a heated dryer so don’t plan on throwing a load of laundry in the night before you leave and expect it to be dry. In short, this won’t be my only review. I’ll be in touch with Marriott to discuss how a worn out unit like this made it to their site. We have since traveled to Paris and Rome and had fantastic flats in desirable locations for the same money we spent in this dirty and worn flat. Ended up not getting a pic of the stained couch but I did get a pic of the fan that shows the level of dirt. The only reason I am giving this 1 star is the location. SOHO was great….the flat…you can do better elsewhere.

We stayed at Frankie’s Farringdon/London Penthouse for 4 nights. The lift went down after the 1st night and never worked again for the remainder of our stay. The response to our immediate complaint was slow and muddled. Big deal, you say, just a few flights of stairs? Wrong. This penthouse is 6 flights of stairs up. These ain’t no regulation steps, neither. Super high and narrow. To make matters worse, 2 people in our party have chronic injuries that made staying at the flat impossible. So, they had to get rooms at nearby hotels. Not cheap.I would expect to have heard back from Frankie regarding our concerns and request for some type of reimbursement (we registered a complaint through Marriott Homes & Villas). Frankie has been silent.Additionally, there were multiple plumbing fixtures hanging on by a thread, including one shower handle and the kitchen sink faucet. Frankie does a great job with fab, cheaky decor, but he probably needs to do a better job paying attention to maintenance issues.I love writing glowing reviews, but in this case, I just can’t do it. Guess I just have to be “that guy”.

Location was great. Accommodation was tidy and practical once inside but it was up a very steep flight of stairs and a tight entrance hall. Not easy with 2 big bags and even harder with a 1 year old and a pram. Would have been nice if they had mentioned the impracticality when I booked with an infant.

Their promises are empty, and their service is abysmal

We stayed for 5 days in London and we really enjoyed our time. the apartment was great with everything we needed, the location amazing, right in the heart of the city, we could not have wish for a better experience.Before the stay, we communicated with the team by email asking for a bed for our 1yo son, and they proactively added a high chair as well for us, knowing we would need it!100% would repeat and highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the city!

We stayed at the Instagood Penthouse for 5 nights the week before Easter. There was plenty of room for 5 people. The location was fantastic with close access to several tube stations and walking distance to many sights. Getting in to the apartment with codes was easy. We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying at this location again.
