As a frequent user of ‘pod’ hotels, I was happy to give this a try in the full knowledge my room would be cosy…+comfy bed+decent shower+friendly staff-tiny (obviously), and poorly conceived; struggled to find space to put my shoes on-half size sink (why?!)-poor sound insulation - road noise is par for the course, but could hear my neighbour’s phone vibrating-check in was painfulFair value for the money vs location, but would not return.

Fantastic hotel situated right next to Euston and St. Pancras. We stayed here for one night last week on Thursday and the receptionist (with a wonderful Scottish accent) was an absolute delight. He made our stay so lovely, giving us recommendations for our time in Brussels. A credit to the hotel, he is a fantastic front of house member. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and just what we needed for one night.

First of all, the negative reviews has nothing to do with the staff who is super friendly and helpful but mainly with the rooms which are basically the size of a shoe box. One person can barely stay there but two is very difficult, but especially with luggage. There is no storage space, no desk to work, no chair except for a stool only a child would fit on (see picture). There are three hangers for clothes which is not even enough for one person, needless to say a couple of two. Marriott should not own this hotel. The rooms are too small to function. For two people, one person has to be on the bed for the other to change clothes.WiFi speed is low so you can’t stream Netflix or else from your device. The sink in the bathroom is smaller than that a powder room sink so anything beyond washing your hands is not possible (washing your face or hair for instance). The bed is too short for anyone taller than 1.8m or 6.2 ft. Bed is also too narrow for two persons. AC/heating did not work but just made gargling noise all the time. In addition, pipework and water noises are constant and loud at night, windows are not soundproof. Hotel itself is new, clean and in good location.

Small rooms but very clean and cosy. Staff was very friendly. The breacfast was good. We choose this hotel because it is close to the train station.

I was in London for a business trip, along 8 other senior team members. I chose this hotel due to the location, but was extremely disappointed with the experience. …

For the size of the rooms, we'll designed with everything you need. Storage would be an issue if staying g more than 3 nights, other than that great, one to two major stations as well

The staff was very friendly. Everything looked brand new and the accommodations excited our expectations. We opted for the 10 Sqm room since we were two. We read previous reviews about the rooms being small but for the area this is a great value option. The bed was super comfortable and the Air conditioner worked very well. Loved the centralized location, near several training stations and museums. I would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Marriott should not own this hotel. The rooms are too small to function. For two people, one person has to be on the bed for the other to change clothes. There is no chair or table, the sink is less than a square foot, the shower is the roomiest aspect with barely enough room to turn around. Smallest room I have ever stayed in.

This hotel is perfect for a solo traveler on a budget! I found it to be very efficient and for the location you really can’t beat it. Disclaimer they are small rooms and can’t see more than 2 people fitting in a room. If you are used to the layout of a normal hotel room this will not be for you. But for the price, location, and for what I was in town for (explore) I didn’t spend much time in the room. I will be staying here again very soon!
