I stayed here for over a month and will write this review as honestly as I can with both the extreme positives and negative experience I had of this place.I booked through AKA and was told the price was 20,000 BAHT per month. When I arrived and had already commited to AKA I was told it had been changed to 24,000BAHT with a 5000 BAHT deposit as YOU pay for electricity and water use. This is above the price of 20,000 for the poolside rooms. My room was at the bottom of the hotel at the end which is likely the cause of a lot of the issues I have had. I will start off with saying the staff is excellent and has tried their best to help me in every situation and the receptionists are very friendly. So far I am not sure if I have been divinely unlucky but I have never had to go to reception so much at a hotel as someone who hates to complain.- So far in order I have had the internet go out several times for a total of 5 days, 2 of which was my room exclusively.- Room had no curtains and you could see in from another property, they did put them up during my stay which was a great improvement as I had privacy.- A flood that pooled in my room because it's at the bottom of the ramped hotel. It destroyed a lot of my clothing, boxing equipment and the rest needed a clean as it soaked through into my backpack. The hotel tried their best to remedy this and put me in a new room. (Pictures)- My room STANK of pot from other guests, like someone was hotboxing me. I have never had such a strong smell from someone who wasn't in the same room.- I paid for an upgraded room with a bath and the water is now brown from all taps so I can't even use the bath or sinks which has lead to me writing this review as I have finally given up. (Pictures)The location is great, the staff are friendly and the cats are great but I hope you get luckier than I did, it's just one problem too many. In terms of staff its a 5 star but my experience has been a 1 star for a place that wasn't cheap.

Cheap accommodation that is very good for your heart. There are many cute cats. Suitable for staying for people who come to dive at Chalong Bay. It is recommended that if you rent here you should have a car to drive. And for anyone who doesn't like loud noises, tell him that he wants to stay in the building behind.

Great experience at Kraam, very friendly staff always ready to help you. Perfect if you’re training at AKA Thailand. Very clean rooms. They can also help you rent a motorbike. Best experience in Thailand, almost feels like home. Would 100% recommend

I wouldn’t recommend this place the sheets are dirty with stains and lot of dust/ bugs in the room. The staff are super rude and not friendly at all. I spoke to the manager and he was the rudest of them all. I can here with my friend and definitely recommend it. You will be staying in the middle of no where it’s hard to get around in terms of calling taxis. You will need to rent a scooter to get around if you stay here.

The staff are very cute. Very helpful Very polite but good-natured. At the cafe, there are cats that come to play. Little sister is very perverted. Most importantly, delicious, fragrant iced tea with a little sweet milk.Upstairs rooms have bathtubs and mountain views.The ground floor will not have a view. It's just a courtyard wall. But the room inside is beautiful. The bed is extremely soft and comfortable.
