DO NOT BOOKING WITH THESE CHARLATONS! Made a booking with them for the 2023 easter weekend as we were attending a 4 day event in London. Booked it early to assure we could attend, and it the time I made the booking they carried out a card check, they actually ended up doing this 3 times over the period i had the booking, the first taking £76.50 just after i booked (I had chosen the book now, pay on the day, so i was surprised at this) 2 months before the event they did the same again, all cleared. 2 weeks after that they said my card was invalid, with insurficent funds (It wasn't), and had 23 hours to sort it, so I put my credit card information in (plenty of available credit), they rejected it say invalid car (it wasn't), so i checked the details and they were correct. The next day THEY cancelled the booking!! Leaving me without a hotel for the event, as everywhere was booked up. I'm sure they realised there was an event on after taking the booking, and wanted to resell it at twice the price. PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL, as these are untrustworthy, and WILL leave you in a bed situtation. They don't answer messages when you ask them either!! Fraudsters and charlatons!!

I had booked a room with a private bathroom, we ended up with a shared bathroom which had no light, moldy ceiling, pitiful state of the bathroom, no cleaning was done in addition, the room was not clean, sticky carpet, freezing cold, non-functional heating, disgusting kitchen, with the trash can overflowing with waste... We couldn't stay in this accommodation because it was so dirty. RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! I have supporting photos if necessary.

Friendly staff and lovely rooms. Sad that the location is where it is cuz as a group of girls travelling together we dont feel safe walking home from the nightclubs aloneBut yeah, its not the hotels fault. PremierLux is amazing and its nearby a station

Room cleanliness was one of the main issues. The carpets were stained and a bit sticky. Although serviced daily, bed sheets and covers were never changed during our 4 night stay. However, clean towels were provided daily along with toiletries.

This room I booked for my newly wed daughter and her husband. Looking at the pic on their website and location I thought it’s nice. They checked in Friday and found the room is terrible there were cigarette burns on the carpet walls were dirty and cracked, window ledge was disgusting and so on... on top of all this they had a burning smell coming from the radiator so had to sleep in the cold with their jumpers on.Not happy with this service when they went to complain true person on reception seemed a bit high and said to email and he can’t do nothing about it.I wouldn’t advice anyone to go there for the price I paid if added a little more could of go something much cleaner. The pictures did not match the room.

Not that great as it looks on the pics! Following points are to be considered for your stay -1, WiFi was extremely slow (maybe because my room was in the corner).2, Soaps were kept in the bathroom only after requesting the staff members!3, breakfast was not up to expectations - no butter, no Nutella and a small jam wasn't enough for two bread and croissant.4. Shared kitchen was smelly and cutlery were not thereCould have been better at one of these for the given price!

Stayed in the presidential suit. Was very spacious. Staff receptionist Elena was amazing with helping me book the room and also helped with additional inquiries. Will definitely book this place again
