Terrible management and service. Unbearably loud to sleep in certain rooms once garbage trucks come at 5:30am. Dealing with this apartment left me stressed for a good portion of my multi week stay.

Very nice apartment, the price is not cheap, but the location makes up for it, the comfortable rooms with a bathroom in each room and a toilet in the corridor. The place is quiet and nice, we messed up a bit with the combinations because the first door was open and we put the combination from the first to the second door and had to call them, once no problem was fixed.Algate tube is very close and there are also shops nearby.

Horrible stay. Apartment in itself isn’t too bad, but I have never been this sleep deprived in my life. Every night all night horrible noise of different kinds. Honestly I don’t even know what it is. It’s like glass trash removal. But its every 30 minutes all night long. Sometime its just straight up banging. I attach a video you can judge yourself.I came to London for work and was constantly sleep deprived. Totally ruined my work and my trip. P.S. I am a very heavy sleeper who sleeps through alarms. But I could not sleep through this!

Do not rent apartment 15, the bed was extra small, like concrete spent 18 nights and never had a good sleep, the couch was most uncomfortable to sit, a long 3 chair table to eat on?.. serviced apartments the dryer on the washer never worked, no instructions on cleaning, getting supplies, 2 toilet rolls will not last a week.Called the number given (When they answered, not always), it seems it's another building, was told someone will get back to you.. no one ever did l received forwarded emails to the cleaning staff, telling them to do something (one lady gave us an extra 2 rolls).. toilet seat was broke first day guy came was told 2 weeks to fix..it never was.. we were there over Christmas so yes holidays can become problem.. but we are on holiday paying a price.££... we should still get service..Not sure how it worked but the furniture in #15 was cheap (Owner)..maybe other apartments are better furnished.. the worst sleep l have had in 50 years travelling..To bad it's a great location.. with poor managment..

Location is good with a gorgeous view on the Gherkin. The apartment itself is clean and fully furnished. Staff tries their best to help us, when there were problems they replied promptly, though didn't always have a solution. That said, the low rating is because of things that are quite out of the staff's control. First insulation is really poor, even with the windows closed you hear everything outside as if there were no separation. With bars right downstairs, you hear all the loud drunks at night, the trash collection early morning (esp. glass collection), the construction work nearby, all the cars and people going by...Also the wifi is bad, so slow that it's better to just use your data. I work from home and had to take most of my calls on hotspot because the internet was too slow. For these reasons, I wouldn't recommend to stay here because unless you're a heavy sleeper and don't really need internet, your stay here will be unpleasant.

Terrible stay. Hated every bit of it. Weird bin collection almost every morning between 5 - 7 am that sounds like the crushing of glass. Extremely loud and alarming. Jumped out of my sleep a few times due to it being incredibly loud.

Native Fenchurch was a real surprise. Stayed in room 14, plenty of space, well set out, 2.5 bathrooms, clean, private and generally hard to fault. We found the complex quiet by London standards BUT the pub was being renovated. Great coffee downstairs a massive plus!!

This apartment was amazing. It was very spacious and had a great view. My apartment was on the 3rd floor so it was very peaceful and quiet. Few things I loved the most about this place.||1. It was spacious. …
