A great hotel in an adventurous location - the rooms are super clean and modern, parking is free and the staff is very nice. Be sure to note - the lotions and soaps offered in the room can be found in Fort William at the Highland Soap Company.

A remote place, surrounded by mountains, an establishment with a few rooms, a warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness of the room, a very nice satisfactory size, with everything necessary and the perfect comfort for passing through the Highlands!! We decided to choose this hotel given the bad reviews of hotels in Fort Williams and we are perfectly happy with it!!

It was a lovely stay but we felt the hotel is quite a bit out of town as our primary purpose was not mountain biking. The staff are very welcoming. The hotel should consider a discount offering for guests to use the cable cars. £55 is expensive for 2 ppl, especially if the restaurant was closed at the top. (Nothing much else to do if youre not mountain biking).

Great hotel for those exploring in the Ft William area. The room seemed basic, but was not. It was very nice! Absolutely recommend. The theme of the hotel, bar, etc almost made us feel at home back in Montana. Also, Lauren and Greg were outstanding. Thanks guys!

This hotel is in a great location at the base of Ben Nevis in the same building as the cable cars. The hotel is budget, to say the least, but not cheap to stay in! We waited nearly half an hour to check in as there were no staff on reception, so it was not a great start. The room was clean but basic. Hardly anywhere to store clothes but plenty of tea and coffee with a good selection, including hot chocolate, but there was only one sachet of each. The bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels and Seaweed toiletries that smelt like toothpaste. You have to turn the shower on and off on the showerhead to get it to work. We almost had to take the TV off the wall bracket to turn it on as it was switched off at the wall too. During the night, we had a stone thrown at the window , and we have no idea who threw it. We didnt get much sleep as the pillows were lumpy and the mattress was springy and uncomfortable. There is a shop and a restaurant next door which is open from 6 pm but the food is very expensive so we had to eat elsewhere. There is a cafe where breakfast is served, but that closes at 3pm as does the cafe at the summit of Ben Nevis where the gondola station is so we didn't make the trip up as everything was shut and nearly £30 per person to go up was ridiculous if there's nothing to do up there. There are some nice woodland walks around the site.Overall, this place is a tourist trap and definitely not for us.

What is clear is that the hotel completely lacks charm. The doors to the corridor are very poorly soundproofed. The windows are small and overlook the roof of a hangar. The view is therefore partial. …

The room for three people had no furniture to hang clothes, except 4 hangers. From the window you could see the roof of a warehouse. The only comfortable thing was the shower, the sink was the smallest I've ever seen. Mediocre cleanliness. The towels were not for three but only for two people. For an entire morning there was no water in the bathrooms throughout the facility and they distributed 2 cans of mineral water. The mattress on the single bed was ridiculous: no more than 2cm of foam, my daughter didn't sleep for 2 nights. Although I complained to the (not very nice) girl at the reception I was told that there was nothing that could be done. Even though I had paid for breakfast in advance, every morning they tried to tell me it was extra and I had to show the booking details via email. In short, an experience not to be repeated.

All you need for an overnight stay, we were on our way to Inverness. We were in a family room. Everything is on site, you can eat breakfast and dinner there. The food was also good. And then if you into mountain biking, you can do that as well. This is one of the UCI tracks for the downhill.

We stayed for two nights in a family room (5 people). The room is not very spacious and you have to make do to put your suitcases, but at least it is clean. The staff is friendly and there is the possibility of having breakfast and dinner without having to go down to Fort William.

It's on the outskirts. It is above all for the landscape and for the sport for people who go on hiking trips in the mountains and especially mountain biking. And above all very calm 😃
