We arrived by bus from Brighton and stayed in Eastbourne for 9 nights and were very happy with the accommodation. The room is spacious, bright, friendly, clean and there is enough storage space to unpack your suitcases. The view of the sea is a dream at any time of the day or night. Sitting on the balcony with a Nespresso coffee, which was refilled every day. The curtains darken perfectly at night. There is a bus stop right next to the house for a trip to Hastings. Walked to the train station for a trip to Lewes. Spent an unforgettable evening at the Royal Hippodrome Theater. The Seven Sisters run.Mark and his wife are very friendly hosts, they strengthened us for the day every day with their great, freshly prepared breakfast. We would like to thank you very much for unforgettable days in southern England!

Fairly peaceful end of townI found it over-priced for the size of my tiny roomImmaculately clean and tidyI'd asked for a high floor / quiet room but the man above me kept waking me up at 0300 and early in the morning so might as well have stayed in London!Breakfast was simply delicious and a good selectionOwner let me store my bags there as I had a train in the evening which was very kindLost a star as the wife was incredibly cold and rudeFor this reason and for the noise above and tiny room, I won't be staying again but wish them well.
