Rude customer service. Returned to the room late to find smoke detector beeping every 20 seconds so called out of hours number (theres no staff on site), she said they'd send a night porter to fix it. Thankfully it stopped approx 40mins later before the porter arrived, so I phoned back to tell them in case they turned it off remotely or it needed a new battery. She seemed perturbed I called her again as if i'm the one inconveniencing her! Porter arrived and he had no clue what the problem was but brushed the sensor with a broom. As he didnt know if it would beep again I asked him if he could turn it off so I could sleep reassured it wouldnt start beeping again in the night, he said No due to h&s so we left it there unresolved.Could not sleep well for the threat of beeping again, really uncomfortable situation.It started beeping again approx 8am waking me up, called the daytime number and asked for it to be fixed properly while I was out. Heard no update if they fixed it until I asked for an update in the afternoon around 2.30 and they responded that it was fixed -no apology given.When listening back to the phone recordings that night they didnt offer a single apology. After checking out I decided to email a complaint, asking for a refund of that one night, they declined, wrongly stating that the matter was resolved that night and the inconvenience only lasted less than an hour! I reminded that it wasn't resolved, the beeping temporarily stopped before the porter got there and he didnt know how to resolve it or change the battery. No reply. I reminded them again of their error but they didn't address it, nor offer an apology, declining to respond further.The smoke detectors should be serviced in good time and batteries changed, not wait for them to start beeping in guest-time. Why refuse to even apologise for their error? Is that rudeness necessary after ruining their guest's stay? The room wasnt that good anyway to justify the high price, mouldy bathroom and noisy traffic at night through the non-insulated balcony door.Do not book with this unprofessional outfit, not under any circumstance.

Very good stay in London. Location with 3 metro stops very close, the furthest being Paddington 10' away. The neighborhood is very quiet but 2' away you have a street full of restaurants, supermarkets... The loft is very nice and well maintained, excellent cleaning. The only negative thing is that the room is very poorly soundproofed and you can hear the plugs and voices if there is a neighbor. Another negative point was the bed, it made noises all the time when you moved, but it was comfortable.

The location was perfect! Very close to the Underground with local shops. Hyde Park is almost a 5 minute walk away so the area was very pleasant. At first glance, the flat seemed OK.So where to start. First of all, as soon as we arrived in the corridor, a nauseating smell caught our noses. A smell of piss or old people, I don't know how to describe it. The room was no better. There were sewer smells coming from the pipes.But the icing on the cake! When we opened the toilet bowl, we found a poo kindly left behind to welcome us. I don't know whether this was a gift from the previous tenant or from the person who did the cleaning. There are traces of mould in the shower and friends come to visit (we found a small cockroach).After that I can add that the television didn't work unfortunately and there was a sort of light that flickered even though the switch was off. Probably a faulty contact.For information, we were in room n°3 for the next tenants.Very disappointed with this accommodation. Next time I will go to a hotel. I thought it could have been an alternative to hotels but in the end I was wrong.

The apartment we had was No 4 and was clean and well presented. The ease of entry and the inforamtion given was well done and easy to follow.The location was spot on for our needs. The coffee machine was a nice touch but the facilities as a whole met our needs.Our only suggestions would be bedside lighting would be useful and some milk either a bottle or portion pots (at least enough for making a drink on arrival).

This review is still in progress. But so far has been a terrible experience. Do not recommend this property at all, although the neighborhood is great. Slow and poor management are the key highlights so far.

On the positive: really good location of the house. It was on a really quiet street, but on the next street there was everything we needed, eg restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and stuff.Notting hill and hyde park was in a walking distance.The check in was really easy.On the negatives: even though the bathroom was clean, the drains were stinking so much! The room was small so the room smelled too. The bed was uncomfortable.The pillows were so big, hard, and not fluffy at lot. It was not possible to sleep with these pillows, so we weren’t use them .And finally, I contact the owner on What’s App, this was the way that owner wanted to communicated. Unfortunately, I haven’t yet received any answer to my question.

Would not recommend because:Not worth the price. We didn't get a single good night of sleep due to constant banging of the loud front door, very noisy stomping and talking on the staircase, and a very hard bed. Be prepared to not sleep until about midnight and be woken up from 6 AM. The cleaner also bangs on the flooring and doors of empty apartments from about 7:30 AM.Plus the shock of DEAFENING fire alarms going off over 10 times in 6 days! We had to actually call the building management multiple times because other flats set off the fire alarms for the whole building and no one knew how to turn them off. Never heard any fire alarm THIS LOUD either, not even in commercial factories. We had to leave the building for up to 15 minutes to wait it out.And of course no fire brigade ever came either, so good luck if it actually ever burns.Despite that, on our first arrival night the whole apartment reeked of weed. Someone was clearly smoking inside or on the balconies and it drifted in - very unpleasant!On top of that, the painfully slow WiFi turned off every day, multiple times. Sometimes just for 30 minutes, sometimes for close to 3 hours, despite calling building management about it multiple times. Absolutely not reliable.There's some black mold in the bathroom. Not an awful lot, but in most corners and nooks of the sink, shower, and room. Also the shower cabin leaks onto the main tiles.Negative but less important:Overall, the apartment looks nice on the first glance, but is impractical in use. There are no shelves in the bathroom, just an open drawer underneath the sink that gets easily flooded due to the weird shape (water is standing on the sides and splashes everywhere). No outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom.Again no shelves in the main room, just one closet and tiny (15cm) planks next to the bed.The fridge is small and doesn't fully cool down, so you can't keep food as long as indicated.The windows are super thin single glaze. Fine in summer, but be warned for colder weather. And of course they give 0 noise isolation from the outside world.We booked 7 nights and were told there is not a single towel refresh included (and no washing machine either). We negotiated for one that arrived 1 day later than promised due to the many negative points above (fire alarm, weed smoke, WiFi etc)Good points:The location is very good, surely the selling point of this place.Aside from the mold in the bathroom, it was very clean, including the hallway. Had no issues with dust allergies etc thanks to clean furniture and wooden flooring.Hot water is prompt, plenty, and with good water pressure in the shower.Mostly due to the constant noise/fire alarms, I regretted not paying more for a hotel. Jet lag and further sleep deprivation can really strain on a holiday.

Exactly as described. Easy and convenient location very close to two different tube lines and Hyde Park. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a nice walk to Notting Hill and all that brings. If you have the energy on arrival you can walk to Paddington Station for the trains as well as a canal walk to Camden. Well worth a stay.

We stood here for one week. What we enjoyed the most was the location (West London). The apartments are placed next to two tube stations (Queensway and Bayswater) that connect almost directly to wherever place of London you can imagine within minutes. If you have planned to do sightseeing, this is a nice option. Another thing we want to highlight is the room design: pretty cool and comfortable. We don't know how the other rooms are but our was nice.Although all the previous positive points, our experience here was not so cool. First night, in some room upstairs there was (from 21:00 to 04:00 am) a sort of party/fight (we don't know how to describe that ever since). We realized the walls were not thick enough to isolate the noise from other rooms. We heard during almost the whole night this noise (also we heard steps, furniture being moved along the room...). At first we tried to call the manager to inform about the situation, but we couldn't contact no one. Finally, another couple from another room call the police to stop whatever was happening there. What is impresive is, if these apartments had had someone in the desk to attend this kind of setbacks, everything would be better and solved in minutes (and not expect the guests to take action calling the police...). Another point related to the noise is that our room was the nº5 (ground) and we heard every single slam from the main entrance door, as it is next to the room. Just imagine you trying to get some sleep after a full day of sightseeing and every hour hearing the door being slammed...We've to say that on the second day, we were able to talk directly to the assistant and she was very kind and told me about the incident from the day before, but nothing about the door slamming everytime... Regarding this last point, we were expecting a change of room or sth.Hope this can help to improve.

Very nice location near Hyde Park with lots of pubs and smaller restaurants around. Bedroom is quite small and noise insulation is not very good, but that's the case almost everywhere in London. Would've rated 4 stars, BUT the bed is too small. Does not comfortably fit 2 adults. And exploring London is not fun being tired

Room was fine but I was charged £250 deposit on arrival and it has no been returned. Messages ignored. ABnB dispute grinding slowly. I see now that ABnB does not allow ‘deposit charging’ outside its platform. Whilst I was there someone else rang to complain about this (lucky them, I can’t get an answer when I telephone).
