The room was disgusting and unsafe. Clearly the room hadn’t been cleaned, clogged shower drain and grime everywhere. The electrical wires were frayed and there was not a working smoke detector, so unsafe. Honestly skip staying here it is not worth it.

I've seen many places but this is certainly the narrowest, dirtiest and least organized ever. The area is its only strong point. The photos are not true at all.Our room was an old converted cellar and very cold and damp. The bed was tiny for two people and uncomfortable. Under the bed wool balls is dirty.Leaning against the wall, it is difficult to get up at night without waking up the person next to you. No additional blankets…Very low cushions.Cobwebs behind the headboard. No soundproofing... you could hear everything from the upstairs room.A very old stove that didn't give any peace of mind when sleeping or the right heat. I can't imagine what they do in winter.System not up to standard (had to be overhauled in 3/2023 as per the label affixed to the entrance). In the bathroom they suggest not to throw toilet paper in the toilet... I'd say it's bordering on madness.Hair in the sink strainer clearly visible…Outside the window a small garden with tall, unkept grass. It doesn't take much to make a stay pleasant.I strongly recommend you review all of these things…

Only positive point: the location. Horrible stay from start to finish, which ended with us leaving earlier than expected due to a water leak!My partner and I arrived in a studio that looked nothing like the photos published on the Booking.com website. We had no table and chairs to eat at, not enough cutlery (one fork for two), a foul smell, the bedding was uncomfortable and the springs hurt our backs. Parquet flooring is missing in certain places, wallpaper is peeling, door does not seem secure, soundproofing is non-existent. From the start of our stay we asked them for a refund in order to leave the hotel but they never wanted to negotiate, telling us that customers were usually satisfied. We therefore had to stay in a disgusting environment bordering on unsanitary. One evening while we were sleeping we were woken up by a water leak coming from the ceiling (not a drop by drop but rather a water leak worthy of a faucet). We contacted them because we were concerned: the leak was right next to the ceiling light. We left the place immediately and returned to France! The electrical installation did not appear to be up to standard and a device on site mentioned that maintenance should have been done 1.5 years earlier. Housing is therefore dangerous! To conclude, avoid this unsanitary accommodation at all costs. In France we call it “a sleep merchant” and it is punishable by law!! In conclusion, RUN!!

Mediocre stay at best. The place and rooms need some serious TLC. Lots of things wrong, including missing floorboards, no lines upon arrival and more. Great potential, but one needs to invest in a property in order to maintain a property. Even the garden area was abandoned and dilapidated. Such a waste of space and a great spot for guests to use.

It is difficult to summarize this ignominious place. Some may think that this is expected given the "London price" but forgive me, when I pay 120 pounds a night, I expect minimums. The only acceptable thing was the location, on the edge of Kensington, a neighborhood with cachet (a 5-minute walk away the "strange neighborhood" began, but oh well). The shower was losing more water than it was pouring and the screen was broken. A precarious bathroom with no towel rails (or hand towels). 2. The floor was full of brown stains and stuck when walking, I do not recommend walking barefoot at any time. 3. The refrigerator is tiny and makes a horrible noise, the kitchen accessories are very limited, and on the other hand when you have EVERYTHING in 12 square meters and you can barely sit down... you can't cook. 4. One of the chairs was broken. 5. The furniture full of scratches, the walls with nails, remains of holes from the past... a lamp twisted like the runway tower, very picturesque.6. the tv didn't work. 7. The very uncomfortable bed, very poor quality pillows and a mattress completely sunken on the sides that the springs offered you as a reward for a long day. I also do not recommend sleeping without pajamas because the sheets smelled peculiar and the blanket full of balls and stains did not give much confidence. 8.There is no closet, but a coat rack that you bump into when you open the door. And finally, they say it is not for smoking, but the attached rooms did smoke. The door was very thin and had large holes on the sides...security...not much. Horrible toilet smell. And, no less important, it took us days to find a contact phone number (after calls that directed us to a correct support number) they do not offer email and there is no physical reception. For me in particular, it ruined my trip to London a little bit. Advice for those who can: spend a little more and avoid this NIGHTMARE.

An apartment that is not recommended simply because it is a bit far from the city!! But that's not all, the point is that we booked for 5 people to stay and they gave us three rooms so far.But upon arrival, when we entered the first room, the chaos began. We found poor cleaning and especially in the toilet, which was dirty from not having flushed the toilet and they left us a welcome gift. It was so big that it took up the entire toilet. The showers leaked water and one of the rooms was very hot and the regulator did not work. There was no proper heating, it did not heat the rooms well, everything was so dirty that it was scary to be barefoot in the entire room area. The walls are so thin that when the channels in the next room changed, your TV turned on, you could hear everything and at times at night it felt like they were going to break into you because the place is what It seemed like a dirty, run down place and very, very unsafe. The electrical installation was deplorable when those upstairs jumped and the lights flickered. I think that if it was properly renovated it would gain more customers and better quality because it looked like a highway motel.

There was a mouse in my room in the morning two days in a row that woke me up. The sound proofing is terrible, the entrance way is janky and not kept up at all, they were doing loud construction during the day that kept me from sleeping in.The neighbors are loud and can be heard and smelt - smoking in the room. The room hardly looked like the picturesReally really subpar accommodations for the price. The best thing about this spot is the location. I would book anywhere else next time.
