Poor cleaning and maintenance. Old, worn mattress. Bulb missing. Poor lighting. No elevator. Quiet neighborhood, well connected.

I didn’t have the best experience, we checked in and went to the room, the aircon was broken and was completely clogged up with dust, the fridge in the room was stained and had a smell to it, and the curtains didn’t close and as it was summer having curtains that would close would have been needed, reception advised they understood why we didn’t want to stay in the room and at the time were very empathetic however they advised we were not able to change rooms due to them being full, so we requested a refund and left, after trying to contact the hotel and booking.com to refund the cancellation fee it’s been nothing but a struggle, booking.com saying the hotel need to issue the refund and they can’t contact the hotel, and the hotel advising I need to contact booking.com which I have many times since we attempted this stay! The communication hasn’t been good and I’ve gotten nowhere! Wouldn’t recommend staying here

Check-in was smooth, and the room was adequate for the price. The hotel had an old or smoky smell that was quite noticeable. There was a loud buzzing from the ceiling every 5 minutes made it impossible to sleep. Reception couldn't resolve it, and no room switch or compensation was offered. The location is also inconvenient, requiring multiple transport changes. I wouldn't recommend this place -- there are better options closer to the city for the same price.

I would love to give a higher review of this hotel, but the first room we were put in was not at all adequate. It had no blinds and the street lights shone directly into the room. …

After seeing bad reviews I think my opinion can be useful for those who are thinking of staying here. I took the luxury suite room with kitchen and the truth is that everything was great, they cleaned us every day and the services were perfect for the 4-day stay! The gentleman at the reception was very friendly, we had to start checking in earlier due to a medical problem and he let us in without a problem. For the price it is really super, it is inevitable that some services are lacking due to the price such as cleaning utensils or toothbrush/paste. Very well located!

My friend was not refunded even though they knew he wouldn't be able to go because they canceled his flight... terrible facility, absolutely don't go.Non-existent staff, my friend called several times but they never answered him... then out of nowhere comes an answer never written in a language that calling it English is an insult...Luckily when you come to Italy they make you overpay for things and you're fine with that.

I book a hotel for the days from 19 to 22 July 2024 but on July 19 the chaos of the blockade of half the world happens. They cancel my flight so I can't go.I wrote to the hotel immediately at 11pm as soon as the airline notified us of the flight cancellation, no response. The next day I wrote again and called the facility but no response. After 1 day they send me an email with two lines saying I can't do anything about it I can't refund you written in English that not even an Indian writes so badly.Never found a structure like this... without respect for anything or anyone.I hope that when you come to Italy they treat you the same way.I absolutely don't recommend.Very bad.

This place deserves no star. ||I booked this room on Booking .com, I thought that at the price I paid it had to be acceptable. …

Great location, in a quiet, residential street in a pleasant part of Kensington, just a short walk from shops and the tube. The room was clean enough and equipped with a fridge and kettle, tea and coffee and biscuits, but it was very small and the decor quite tired and a little shabby. There was a smell of caustic cleaning chemicals barely masking the smell of cigarettes. It was fine to stay in for a night or two, but if it's for longer or a special occasion I wouldn't really recommend this place. For the money spent, it was a little disappointing. I should also mention, in case it's important to anyone reading this, that I don't think there is a lift to reach the upper floors.
