Super nice hotel. Love the vibes. The hotel rooms are spacious and have lots of amenities like a microwave, stove and toaster. The cafe is really nice too with lots of space. Coffee takes a while and super sweet if having a syrup. Nothing gluten free on the menu that I could see. Location is also good and only 10 min walk from station.

Relaxed vibe, friendly young staff who try to be helpful. Excellent location and coffee. Surprising features such as resident tattoo artist and in-house movie night! It looks great, the courtyard is gorgeous and it's comfortable. On the "con" side, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the appliances need checking and housekeeping could do with rigorous QA. Overall it's good value but some of the basics need work. It needs a bit more in the way of proactive provision of services such as toilet paper, rather than responding in a friendly way to requests for said toilet paper!

Stayed here for a week with my partner, visiting from Chicago. Our room was great, with really nice amenities, and the staff were very friendly. Our room had a really nice atmosphere and served as a relaxing temporary home base for our visit. The only minor feedback my partner and I have is about the shower—the glass panel is a bit shallow, and a lot of water got out of the shower onto the floor when we used it. Maybe a sliding shower door, or even bringing that panel out by a foot or so, could be a good change. Not enough of an issue to detract from 5 stars. Thank you for hosting us :)

I stayed with my fiancé at the Ember Locke for about a week. I have to say this is the best hotel I've stayed in. It's cozy, the place smells amazing, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is wonderful and vibey. It's about a 15 minute walk from the tube, plus it's located in a beautiful and safe part of the city. The coffee downstairs is great, the bar is fun and the staff is great throughout.Lastly, I want to thank the front desk folks George and Josh being so hospitable throughout our stay - they truly make us want to come back again and again. If we ever make it back we'll be here :) thank you Ember Locke!

Only guests were allowed to use laptops in this hotel on the weekends. I spoke to reception, and they suggested another area where I could use it, but I was then asked to leave by other staff. The staff’s attitude was terrible, and I felt uncomfortable throughout my twenty minutes there. If the staff had been friendlier, I would have left on a more positive note.

Great location to visit London.New and clean, staffs are kind. There are few lights in room so it’s a little bit dark. The bathroom is large. If there’s a towel warmer, it will be better.I love the small kitchen. Very convenient.Had a good time there.Recommended.
