I stayed for a nearby wedding. The price was extremely reasonable, so expectations were not high. However, all expectations were greatly exceeded! Staff were friendly. The room was large, well furnished and comfortable. The bathroom was good.I was able to check in early, before heading to the wedding, which was a massive bonus. Parking was free.Breakfast is fairly simply, but ample and varied.A fantastic stay

We were a bit worried by some of the reviews, but ended up booking anyways. Our stay at the Guest House was really good despite the negative reviews. We had no trouble what so ever. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The room got what you need. The host is really nice and helpful. The breakfast isn’t five stars, but you get what you pay for. It contains five different cereals, three different types of bread, jam and butter, fruit, different types of yogurt, juice, tea and coffee. The location was really good despite being a bit far from the city centre. It takes around 40 minutes to walk from the Guesthouse to the city centre. It is a really easy and nice straightforward route, where you at the end can walk through a park. Furthermore, it only takes 13 minutes by bus, and bus stop is just outside the front door.We would definitely recommend if you don’t want to spend loads on accommodation.*the pictures were taken when we left. The room is therefore a bit messy compared to how it looked when we came.

I had a single room here for one night. Very handy for going into the city centre, just 10 minutes on a very frequent bus. I managed to get one of the two parking spaces outside the B&B. Check in was simple, very friendly staff.  …

Room is pretty clean, which is same as the pictures. my friends and I are very satisfy. Householders are enthusiastic, offering a slap-up breakfast. Recommend to add grain into yogurt!

The guest house had basic facilities, but was clean and did the job for an overnight stay. The show was tight in one of the rooms we had, but was of a bigger size in the other. The bustop was very close by, so access to Oxford was only a short journey. The breakfast was good
