After a long tiring journey we arrived to find there isn't any parking , managed to park in another street . Once shown to our room we decided not to stay as we were so disappointed in the shabbiness of the room and ensuite.  …

Very good B&B, the owners are just so lovely, the breakfast is delicious and freshly made, it's a 10-15 minute walk to Canterbury city centre. I felt really welcomed there. Perfect for a short stay.

The one star is for cleanliness. Everything else was not great. Too much to mention. The breakfast was one of worst English breakfast I have ever had. …

Advertised as a 4 star property ! The owner said it was awarded in 2019 - it’s DEFINITELY not 4 star now! |Not even pillow protectors on any of pillows. Unironed bed linen. …

Upon arrival, after a long day travelling and visiting another Kent town, instead of a warm and friendly welcome, I was instantly interrogated by the owner about the price I was to pay, ie £45, without breakfast, as £15 extra for breakfast …

Just back from a two night stay here. Wonderful hospitality, nice clean well equipped rooms and delicious fresh cooked breakfast to order. Good location for the city and surrounding area. Susan and Andrew make you feel very much at home. Had lots of time for my mum who has dementia and even treated her to a birthday cake!

I truly recommend this Bed and Breakfast if you’re looking for a home away from home. My aunt and I stayed here from 3-5th of June, and we had an absolutely fantastic stay. Susan and Andy Hopper were lovely hosts! The breakfast was simple (have an egg allergy so not their fault), but filling! The house is less than a mile (I think) walk from the town’s center. Also, they have a fridge in the dining area so if you have any take-away, you can store it there. One caution for guests is to make sure you don’t bring a massive suitcase like us haha, but it wasn’t an much of an issue since we had the first room. Also, a special and warm thank you to Andy and Susan for making my birthday so special and truly never felt so much love and kindness from anywhere else. I can’t wait to come back to Canterbury!

Cozy B&B, quite close to Canterbury town center. Wifi were ok, it were clean, but there were no Breakfast and i couldn’t find informations about Breakfast except that it would cost 10£ per person. Susan is very helpful. Typical english breakfast can be found 3 walking minutes in Solo Cafe.

Visiting Canterbury with family (wife, 3 children - 18, 16 and 11) to view son’s potential Uni. Booked just a few days prior but lucky to get a double and a family room for 3 kids. …

Place was far away from the city centre, rooms were small as well as the bed. This made it a bit uncomfortable.Although the room was very clean, and welcoming. Also the price according to the room and location felt a bit too much. Should have been at-least 30% cheaper.Overall okay room would not expect a lot from it.
