Visiting friends who live in the area. Ideal location right next to the train station as we were travelling to Rochester which was only a few stops away. Helpful, friendly staff on arrival. Clean room, comfortable bed. Great price for an overnight stay.

Majority of the staff are fantastic, I have been coming weekly for the past 6 months as I work nearby on loan, unfortunately one team member let's the hotel down. She is very dismissive and rude. And sometimes quite aggressive. …

Your reception staff are extremely rude. I asked for replacement towels and another toilet roll early on our checkout day as we had been with you three nights and your response was "well why don't you put the top us up door hanger up!" …

It's a good hotel for a short stay. The family rooms, while not the largest, are cozy and equipped with air conditioning and a television. The bathroom has hot water and provides towels. The beds are comfortable and quite firm. The staff at reception were professional and kind. While the view from the room isn't the best, the hotel is conveniently located near many car parks and restaurants.

Very basic rooms. It was noisy outside the hotel in the car park belowCleaners knocking on the doors well before check out times. The Hotel is well placed within the town and by the train station. The tea & coffee provided on the rooms was poor.In all the hotel is really that suitable for an overnight stay. The reception staff were very friendly. Value wise for an overnight stay poor £116.

Booked double room with king-size bed told on checking in that the hotel was full, given the disabled room 301 with single beds. Stained duvet, stained wet room floor, empty bottle under bed, heater not working, not enough towels, soap dispenser broken, noisy outside on Sat night.

Two of the worst nights sleeps of my life.First night, crazy amounts of people outside. Finally manage to doze off and then the fire alarm goes off. Not once, but 3 different times during the night.Second night, again crazy amount of people outside. Bar across the road was very busy and all I could hear was music and screaming. (Window was closed).Staff were friendly, rooms are clean. Just overall having no sleep really ruined it.Great hotel if you’re going out for the night and need somewhere to crash. Not so great if you’re there for work and in need of a good nights sleep.

I seldom rate 5 stars. However, at the time of writing this review, this Travelodge and its staff does deserve 5 stars. For starters the property is located right across the railway station which also includes a bus stand and a taxi hub, so connectivity for your travel plans are sorted. A property is only as good as its staff and their services, hence a big shout out to BARBIE and PAUL for their kind, pleasant and prompt services. They and the other staff members have done a fantastic job of keep the place impeccable. Overall my stay here has been fantastic. Thanks !

It's a Travelodge, so there aren't loads of 'airs and graces', but the rooms are clean, comfortable and have all you need. Perfectly located with parking nearby.
