I first stayed with Nick and Ginny sixteen years ago, when I was four. For years they've welcomed my family into their home with open arms and a genuine interest in sharing their corner of the world with the rest of us. …

A charming, (in my view) typically English 18th-century farmhouse set in the beautiful Kentish countryside. A perfect base for touring around the region. The owners, Ginny and Nicholas, are most welcoming. …

Six of us, three couples, stayed here to break up a long journey home from France. The farmhouse is one hour away from the eurotunnel port. ||Our rooms were all twin, with ensuite bath or shower rooms, and very clean and comfortable. …

Where do I start. This was the most appalling experience. We were there for a friends wedding and we had all three rooms. The rooms were cleanish. …

Nick & Ginny are the most charming hosts, their house and pets were a pleasure to get to know. …

The B&B is located in a charming cottage with an authentic atmosphere. The rooms and their bathrooms are small but up to date (although at one bathroom, the ceiling is that low that showering is not possible). …

A real family welcome and what a lovely stay, definitely coming back. Another Charcott breakfast really needed. GPS needed to find it but seriously worth the effort. A lovely old fashioned English country cottage but warm and comfortable and beautifully modernised. Can't fault.

Without a stop at this excellent B&B. Wonderful breakfast, gracious hospitality, cozy rooms. Expect a warm welcome from owners, Nick and Ginny. Highly recommend. Easy access to many local historical sites and gardens.

Excellent room. Breakfast disapointing - dining room could do with a good clean and fresh tablecloth every day. No vegetarian other than eggs on offer. Hospitality good. Not the best value for money. Surprised they have a 4 star rating!

Lovely old farmhouse and real old fashioned hospitality. Cream tea on arrival was very welcome. Breakfasts were fab and our hosts absolutely charming and very helpful with advice about places to visit
