I can't comment on the quality of the accomodation or airport transfers. However, I did have to cancel my booking, due to my pet hamster being very ill. They responded to me promptly via email and cancelled my booking, giving a full refund without any fuss. Normally these days you have to take companies to court to get your money back, even when you're in a genuinely difficult predicament, so it sits very well with me when companies are helpful and understanding, and it's about the long game - I'll remember this companies flexibility when I do get to fly from Bristol again. For their own benefit, they might do well to make their email address , website etc a little more corporate.

OK well the price reflects what you get....a over sized porter cabin that has been split into 3 rooms with ensuit. Positioned under the flight path, evey hour but that's nothing the noise from the ajacent rooms is disrupting , you can hear their conversations , scraping the cereal dishes and yes you've got it the bathroom deeds!Room was OK, bedding nice and clean, cobwebs were a feature.Difficulty finding the place but that seems the ongoing normal 😕
