Absolutely awful! When we were there it was full of who I presume were Ukrainian refugees who were sat on the pavement staring and made us feel incredibly intimidated as soon as we arrived!! Rooms were dirty, no hot water, none of the advertised facilities worked properly, pool not heated, broken gym equipment, no tennis net, dangerous trampolines I could go on! Breakfast extra despite thinking we paid for bed and breakfast, the owner was rude. I wouldn't go back again nor would I advise anyone too. It needs to be removed from bokomg sites before someone becomes seriously sick or hurt there.

If someone told me it has been abandoned for 30 years I would believe them. Awfully inconvenient and filthy location, its catered for I presume Ukrainians as all the signposts are in Cyrillic, and the receptionist was the rudest most unpleasant person I've ever spoken to. We paid for the Escape Room which is 20 yards away from the hotel (and advertised on their website) and was told by the receptionist that they had never heard of it and that we had come to the wrong place, we were lucky that the escape room owner did come out and direct us. It transpired that the receptionist knew it was there but was fed up of people asking him so he tried to send us away instead.

I lived for three weeks and £103 per week was deducted from my salary.I'm very glad I left...The Bulgarian diaspora lives, screams, quarrels, music at 300 decibels..Overall a nightmare...
