We had just the best night's stay. The hotel room was comfortable & clean.||The hotel was quiet and we slept really well. We took the meal deal and it was really good value for money. …

Had a lovely stay at The Premier Inn Bristol Sidcot. Staff were great, hotel is a bit worn and tired, but still nice. Had the meal deal every day as it was very good value for money. Came quite quickly and was hot and tasty. Would stay there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. However, the hotel itself needs more TLC. Given the prices, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness. While the rooms are okay, they are far from spotless. There is noticeable dirt build-up and marks that don't make you feel comfortable. I found toothpaste on the walls, dirt marks on the ceilings, and a stained bedside table, which contributed to a grotty feel. The cleaning standards need significant improvement, or the prices should be adjusted to reflect the current state of the rooms. Until then, I wouldn't recommend this hotel at its current rate.

Room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed for an overnight stay. ||Stairs to rooms are steep and spiral, they are a little awkward with cases, take an overnight bag. Tea and coffee facilities available. Shower is hot and powerful, towels supplied are fluffy and clean.

When we arrived we were left waiting for 20 minutes as there were no staff available to book us in. The lady then told us she was over the other side of the hotel but no signage was left to let us know this. …

The greeting was great from a lovely lady, unfortunately that’s where it fell apart. The room was damp / musky smelling and the bedsheets felt damp as well. Bar / restaurant looks unkept and dirty. The food came out cold and we were sat in a cold conservatory which wasn’t very welcoming or clean.

Lovely rooms, staff who mean well but some real management needed. Check in was not welcoming and made to feel bad we were staying out later for family event. …

It's a fine hotel, location is fine if you're doing something in the area, etc. It's a 30 min drive away from anywhere.Mainly it's worth noting this is a reception blackhole. O2 or three? Forget it. You won't get any sms or calls. And the WiFi is patchy at best. Works at the bar but good luck in the rooms, unless you pay for the premium WiFi, and maybe not even then - varies around the hotel.

Disappointing. We had to wait a long time for our breakfast, which was pretty bad when it arrived (cold food on cold plates, undercooked hash browns, overcooked sausage, solid and rubbery poached egg). And the free wifi was hopeless, so we had to spend an extra £5 on ‘ultimate’ wifi. Either offer functional free wifi or don’t.
