We had a very nice stay. The location is perfect - very close to the train station and to all main attractions. Our host Sergio was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Other reviews mentioning a bit of noise from the nightclub nextdoor, don't let this put you off as this little guest house is lovely. Comfortable room and bed, my own shower and toilet, clean, adequate breakfast and an amazing host, Sergio is so helpful and friendly. The location is great in walking distance of the train station and centre. I will definitely stay again when in Bath. Thankyou Sergio and the team for making my stay comfortable and relaxed👍

I see this 3 stars as something good. For a budget friendly place this was nice. I personally find it a bit uncomfortable to share the bathroom with total strangers but I must say they were always in mint condition. The include breakfast is decent, laking protein though, always ended up going to tesco or sainsbury's for some eggs. The one thing we didn't like is that we're almost certain we had booked a room in the lower levels, we ended up getting a room in the top floor. After a certain point the stairs get super narrow and kind of steep, so carrying heavy bags around is definitely a hassle. The service and the location was very good.

Excellent service by the house-keeper who is fully dedicated to his guests. The building seems to be ancient and has several floors. Rooms and facilities are regularly cleaned and breakfast is varied and tasty.

I chose this Guest House due to its proximity to the train station. I arrived later than the check-in time and was quickly given my room key and instructions by the friendly staff who were there.  …

I love this place. Originally chosen for proximity to Railway Station, which is literally 2 minutes away. I had the room with the bathroom, which was perfect. The room is cosy, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is a simple continental style and quite frankly enough. The staff/managers were friendly and welcoming.

The location is fantastic but there is no parking or it's very expensive. The room is basic and not warm, next to a police station so blue lights most of the night. The shared bathroom was very small. Breakfast was OK. Just feel that for the amount per night, it would have been nice to have a water bottle in the room. There is no chair in the room either.

Arrived at Annabelle’s at 11am for a three night stay. Check in wasn’t until 3pm but Sergio the manager informed me that we could leave our case with him and call back when our room was ready. …
