Conveniently located hotel with amenities nearby. We stayed to break a journey up from Cornwall and visit Glastonbury. Room was clean and tidy. Few black marks on silicone around bath which would come off with some cleaning. …

The hotel is a maize of corridors with very poor signage to the rooms on the second floor. There are no lifts and lots of stairs. We were placed in room 203 which was a long hike with heavy cases and we are no spring chickens! …

Not up to Premier inn usual standard .|Room allocated on arrival was on 2nd floor even though receptionist could see my husband walked with a stick. We had two suitcases and it took us 15minutes to get to the room. …

The kettle and tea bags were the only good thing. Very poor hygiene and no cleaning done at all despite a four night stay. Unpleasant smell in the room. Poor heating system. No shelves or cupboards for personal belongings. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast quality needs improvement.

The worst premier inn we have stayed in. The only reason I'm giving 1 star for service is the young girl on reception on arrival. We were allocated a room on the top floor, furthest away from reception. No lift and hubby has COPD. The young girl at reception allocated us another room on the ground floor. The room needed a deep clean and a lick of fresh paint. The room carpet as with the corridor carpet was dirty and stains apparent. Breakfast was the worst we've had, Returned to our room after breakfast on our last morning and the card was not working to unlock our room. It had been disabled! This has never happened before and used premier inns a lot. Staff not very friendly. On the plus side it's conveniently situated to the M5. However, is noisy with traffic including wagons using the service station next door.Premier Inn I'm afraid you're standards have slipped. You need to close this one down to give it a complete upgrade and send the staff on a hospitality course.

Had a lovely stay here with breakfast included, which was very nice. Jack who works behind the bar tried his hardest to accommodate us with the cocktails we wanted and done a fab job!! Met a lovely couple who were also celebrating a birthday and Jack made us all feel welcome. Well done Jack you made our weekend.

The hotel feels run down and out dated. The restaurant has a limited menu, and when I stayed the guy running the bar was very loud and rather rude to people that hadn’t booked. Maybe put up a sign to explain that the restaurant is bookings only. The room was filthy, mould and hairs in the bathroom, dirty carpet. I even got bitten by bed bugs! By fair the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Terrible.

Bathroom had a nasty brown mark on the toilet roll holder….looked like faeces! Restaurant not open in the day! Breakfast is quite poor for the price. Restaurant really dark and gloomy. Lady at reception was very friendly though.
